  The house on Seacrest Drive was perfect. Everything works, the place is well appointed in every way, and completely clean. The view from the ocean side is worth ALL of the rent. Thank you for letting us stay in this charming spot!

  Right ON the beach! What a view to wake to! Saw the sunrises coming through the windows. We spent most of our time out on the deck and on the beach. The house was exactly as represented. Having a washer and dryer on premises meant that we didn't have to pack as much stuff. The owner was quickly responsive when we had a small problem. Loved the house, but the restaurants in the immediate area are less than mediocre. One meal at the Wharfside in Bay Head was completely inedible. Better to cook on the gas grill or stock up at Joe Leone's in Point Pleasant before your arrival.

  I was at the beach last summer and saw a phone number on a house on the corner. I rented the place on-line after that. When I got there the house I rented was not the house I looked at originally. still ocean front, but the deck was hazardous, doors were broken. My fault that I did not examine pictures more carefully. renter beware.

  Owner response: It appears this reviewer has confused this property with some other. It is not on the corner, and was never represented as such. Since it is the only property we have, there can be no "switcheroo". Please note other reviews on this property. We are delighted to have such happy, heartfelt comments!

  My family and I cannot provide enough superlatives to describe our stay in this beautiful beachfront house. The location, on the beach, with some private beach space right at the doorstep was more than we ever imagined. Our dogs especially loved it. We had great communication with the owner and lifeguard "Bob" welcomed us so warmly and gave us our beach flag. We are all in agreement that this was the nicest house we ever rented in the 35 years we have been going to the shore and our best week ever and hope to return to it next summer. Thank you again for this wonderful opportunity.

  We had another great week at the beach, the weather was good which made our stay even better. The house was perfect as usual. This was our 7th year in a row we have stayed at this house for the same memorial day week. Couldn't ask for a better house in a great location right on the beach. Nothing like waking up grab a cup of coffee and stepping into the sand right from the deck. Fishing was just steps away from the house and the beach is clean and a great family environment. It's nice that it is located between both seaside and pt pleasant, 5 mins to the boardwalks and resturants. Thanks again and see you next year!!

  This was a great house with a great view! We loved being right on the beach! Lot's of great nearby restaurants and shopping. This was a really great and relaxing vacation. So much fun!! I'm already thinking about when I can come back again.

  What a blessing this past week was, this home on the beach was a dream come true. The house itself was more perfect than we could have imagined. The owner's generous accommodations were too many to mention and any season we would love to return. The beach waves were so beautiful, clean sand, neighborhood and home. Very comfortable with a personal touch that seemed to make every effort that their guest feel more than at home. Comfy, homey spots inside and out (amenities galore). The incredible boardwalk so close with all kinds of attractions and things to do for the children and adults. The grocery store nearby. Nice people everywhere. Everything one could ask for. We were especially happy to have found such a haven where we could conveniently meet up with a very close family member, which really meant so much.. Communications were always readily available, professional and kind. Special thanks to the owner who helped make this vacation possible and who is so nice...I would definitely recommend - it was better in person than in the appealing photos. Our memories will last forever. With Appreciation, A.A. and Family.

  My dog and I love the beach and this was just the ticket. Our February getaway was very pleasant. My motto for the week was "book in hand, feet in sand". While I did need a wind breaker on, my bare feet were ticked pink! The dog came with her own coat and relished her runs on the grand expanse of empty beach. The husband got to stay inside the warm, cozy house and out of the sand. We enjoyed walking down Grand Central to the post office. We explored as far as our feet carried us. It was wonderful to have the ability to park our car in the garage out of the elements. We look forward to returning.
