When we stay at this second row beach penthouse, we relax and enjoy a well-deserved break from our hectic lifestyle. High ceilings, sparkling tile floors and an open floor plan give the villa an “on vacation” feel. Why pay ocean front prices? You can enjoy the ocean from the second row at substantial savings.. The sun filled living/dining/kitchen areas adjoin a generous deck that overlooks the heated pool and the ocean beyond. You are enticed to be outdoors and enjoy the fresh ocean breezes and great Crystal Coast weather.
Here are some of the special features.
For the cook - the kitchen has been upgraded with custom cabinetry – it’s a pleasure to be here whether to prepare a snack or a full meal. There is a breakfast bar for quick treats.
For the romantics - there is a two person jetted tub in the master bath – the ultimate in luxury after a hard day of shopping in the local villages or sightseeing along the coast. The baths have 36” custom cabinets with storage underneath.
For families – two bedrooms and a den, 2 baths. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Two things that bothered the family: *No wireless internet. *Linen company needs to be changed. The linens were a little stained and the sheets for the pull-out couch were the wrong size. However, the layout of the kitchen was wonderful and we weren't wanting for anything the whole week. The condo matched the beautiful location.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
Owner response: We have now installed a wireless router in the unit. Full Wi FI is now available
