What a great house! It is even better than the pictures. Such a beautiful space, comfortable furnishings and lots of room. They had everything we needed, pool toys, beach towels, everything! As soon as we walked in we exclaimed at how gorgeous it was. My young daughter was smitten with the pool, it was so big and great! We enjoyed the large backyard as well. And Pam is AMAZING to work with. Very helpful and understanding. We will return anytime we come to the Naples area and would recommend this rental to anyone! Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at the Naples Beach House. Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our 2 school age children, my in-laws and our 3 legged Jack Russell Terrier. The location was perfect. Naples Park area is not “touristy”, unlike Ft. Myers area, but quite easy to navigate and close to plenty of amazing things. Randy’s Fishhouse, only a few blocks away, was great; we ate there 3 times! We rode our bikes to the free Vanderbilt Beach south of the house and north to the Delnor-Wiggins State Park (small fee but restrooms, showers, grills, a shady picnic place to sit off the beach with the dog, beach combing and lots of privacy). Made day trips to the Lover’s Key State Park (2.5 mile bike trail, saw dolphins swimming in the Gulf & collected some great shells), Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary (saw 15 baby alligators along with their mom & dad) and Collier Seminole State Park (canoe ride under the canopy of mangrove trees was awesome!) Our last day we spent on Captain Tony’s Half-Day Fishing Trip out of Ft Myers, and 4 of us caught enough fish to stuff ourselves (over 2 pounds, filleted by the mates on the boat). We saw dolphins & a sea turtle and the girls touched a blow fish that was caught by one of the other fishermen. The house has a big, grassy back yard that was perfect for our dog, and our girls (8 & 10) loved being able to swim before breakfast, and again in the evening. No insect issues with the screened in area covering a large area for us all to sit, grill, swim & lounge. The house was very comfortable, with plenty of room to sit both outside & inside. Even with six of us, we were never crowed. The kitchen is very well equipped, and spacious enough for the adults to all help with kitchen duties and not trip on each other. The furnishings were comfortable and beautifully coordinated. A free washer & dryer was a plus! Everything was spotless when we arrived, even cute animal figures with the towels as we've found on a recent cruise :-) Having never used a VRBO, I appreciated all the questions I sent by email and the phone call I made before the trip being answered promptly and with plenty of details. It reassured me to know what to expect. Though the house is new to VRBO, I spoke with the Real Estate agent who listed the house prior to 2012, and was assured that it was advertised fairly and rented it without any issues. Deposit check mailed to us 2 days after our departure. Highly recommend the stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
