Just returned from our stay September 22 - October 1. Thanks again Bill and Shannie. It was incredibly easy to work with you (you were very accomodating!) and your unit was all it promised. Wonderful weather, and a beautiful spot to relax.

This was our 3rd year staying in the villa and it was our best time yet. The rates are still very affordable and the villa is still as nice as it was 3 years ago. Very well maintained. It really has everything you will need. The 3 bikes and the screen doors are something you will not find in other villas. Easy pay over the phone and the keys will be mailed to you, no checking in at a rental agency which usually takes at least half an hour. Very convienent. Great location w/ plenty of parking. And if you ever have a problem Bill and Shannie are very accessible. Looking forward to returning next year. Thanks Bill and Shannie for a great vacation!

We stayed here in April and really enjoyed it.It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were extremely accomodating. It was the first time in over 20 years of trips to HH that we ever stayed off Sea Pines and I'm glad we did especially during the golf tournament. We are looking forward to staying again!!!

This was our third spring break vacation in Hilton Head, and this villa was by far the best one yet! Clean, comfortable, convenient, and relaxing. The villa was fully equipped, we needed for nothing. The short walk to the pool, and tennis courts made it great for our teenagers. The short bike ride to the beach was not an issue. Having the three bikes was also an added benefit. Would rent it again!

This was a great place to stay! There were four of us so we usually drove to the beach, but definitely recommend the Shipyard Beach over the public one. We really enjoyed the spaciousness and all of the extras provided.

4/23/05-4/30/05: For 15 years we have been traveling to Hilton Head Island---an affordable paradise. This villa is the nicest we have rented. Not only is it beautifully decorated and in one of the nicest plantations, but it is comfortable and well equipped. With all of the amenities you get the impression that the owners really care and want you to have a nice time. We can highly recommend this rental!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful villa. The decorating is gorgeous. The layout is perfect. We enjoyed the back patio overlooking the lagoon. The bikes were an added bonus that we thoroughly enjoyed using. Perfect location....nice and quiet. We had a very relaxing week. Looking forward to coming back. Thanks again!

It was our first time visiting the "low country" and we had a wonderful trip. We have stayed in many condos across the US and Canada. This condo was magnificant and we would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone. We were told to rent in Sea Pines, Palmatto Dunes etc. but settled on Shipyard. We didn't make a mistake as this unit and this community is super quiet, comfortable and beautiful. Thank you Bill and Shannie for letting us use your condo. ML

If you are vacationing in Hilton Head then you need to seriously considering renting this fantastic villa. 1) You can't beat the rates 2) The best villas(Evian) in the best plantation(Shipyard). We have stayed in Palmetto Dunes, Sea pines, and Shipyard. Palmetto Dunes is also very nice but Shipyard is our favorite-not crowded and laid back. 3) Very roomy villa with 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Great view with lots of windows. 4) No checking in at a rental agency-the keys were mailed to us! Very convienent. Easy pay over the phone. 5) It has everything (and more) you will need! Thank you Shannie and Bill for a great and much needed vacation!
