Magnificent Gulf front vacation choice is a Florida cottage style home in the popular, gated Sunrise Beach subdivision of Santa Rosa Beach, along scenic Highway 30A. This is a Gulf-front home (right behind the dunes of Sunrise beach), with direct access to the Gulf and its emerald waters. Loaded with amenities for the vacationer eager for fun and peace of mind.

Almost everyone double checks with us on this point so here goes: this is a Gulf-front home, right on the beach, not near or close to the beach, but directly on the beach. The backdoor opens on a small patio area and the walkway directly past the dune and onto the great white sand. You most probably can't get closer to the Beach in a Beach front home in the Panhandle area.
The home was built in 2000, and is new, neat and offers amenities such as tiled balconies on both the second and third floors, and quality sleeping space for 21 adults or children; however, we limit rentals to 14 adults to ensure a quality experience.
Seaward at Sunrise offers a gourmet kitchen, a large master suite on the third floor opens onto the deck and endless views. New wood flooring on the main level installed (December 2007).
Nine foot ceilings are offered on the second and third floors. This is a spacious 2800+ square foot vacation spot.
You're only seconds from the beach and the water at this great vacation home. The house is directly in front of the dune of Sunrise beach!
There is a virtual tour available. Google for "seaward at sunrise, mooncreek" ... it shows all the levels and rooms and views. A new virtual tour was published in Fall 2006, highlighting new furnishings.
The nearest cross-roads to the Sunrise beach subdivision is the intersection of County Hwy 30A and CR 393 (Gulf Place Shopping Center and Ed Walline Park are at this intersection).
Note: a cleaning + miscellaneous rental agency fee estimated at $260 per rental (priced out precisely when you confirm your rental) is added to the rates described below. Please be aware of this charge.
Here is a rundown on the bedrooms and what's in them... Top level: master bedroom has 1 king; 2nd bedroom has 1 king + 1 double bunk; 3rd bedroom has 1 queen; Middle-level: one queen sleeper sofa in living room, 1 bedroom has 2 twin-size bunks; First level: three bunk beds (total of 3 twins and three fulls). However, we limit the number of guests to 14 (the extra sleeping gives you flexibility). |
