What an awesome beach house! Right on the sand. The views are mesmerizing from the master bedroom to the living/dining area. A great location in a nice gated subdivision. We cannot say enough great things about this wonderful, spacious house. We haved stayed twice within 4 months it was so incredible. Tony, the owner is a great person to work with, very accomodating.

Absolute Paradise!!

Our family just returned from staying in this amazing house! This was our 6th time renting Sunrise at Seward, and it is absolutely beautiful! Perfect for families with kids, since the kids are able to go back and forth from the beach to the house easily! The owner is extremely helpful and flexible! We will definitely be back!!!

We have been vacationing in the Santa Rosa Beach area for the past four years. We are so glad we looked at rental options on VRBO. Seaward at Sunrise is a wonderful home that met our needs for relaxation. The view of the beach is breathtaking and the location is perfect. The owners were very helpful and always responded quickly to our questions and needs. We plan to stay here again!

Incredible view

My extended family, six adults and four babies stayed for four nights over Thanksgiving. I have only used VRBO once before so we were all concerned that the place would actually be big enough for ten people and in decent condition. We found that the condo was certainly enough space for ten people plus my parents who visited during the day. None of us felt “packed in.” It was also in good condition and made for a very nice Thanksgiving for our family. Of course, the best part was the location. The condo was right on the beach and the view was incredible! Not only would we recommend the condo to anyone we would certainly be willing to stay there again in the future.

For the past two Octobers we have stayed at this beautiful home. The house is furnished well, clean, spacious and sitting right on the beach. I can think of one misrepresentation - the photographs do not do this property justice. It is even better than the pictures show. Last year we vacationed with our daughter, so-in-law , grandchildren and friends. With only one couple meeting us this year, we debated getting this large house (one needed two bedrooms) but decided we wanted it even though we didn't need all the room. I dealt directly with the owner for both rentals and found him helpful and efficient. We will rent this house again - hopefully next October!

The property was perfect....exactly as described and more than we could have ever imagined. The property owner was helpful throughout the process always answering our questions timely. The beach itself left us speechless. White powdery sand, NO JELLYFISH, and clear waters. There are lots of activities and attractions nearby. The outlet mall is no more than 15 minutes away, grocery stores within minutes and local restaurants with fresh seafood. If/when the time comes to rent on the beach again...this property will be our first and only choice.

We just returned vacationing at this wonderful beach house! This is the third time we have rented this home and we absolutely love it! It is extremely spacious and very kid friendly! The view is breathtaking and the convenience of only being steps from the white sands is priceless!

For us, it was all about location, location, location, at a great price, and this place certainly has it! We wanted to be right on the sand, because why bother driving 6 hours from Atlanta just to have to hike blocks more to get to the beach! You simply fall out your back door and you are there! For price and location, the place is hard to beat. Gated community, ample parking, awesome views, good living area, plenty of porch space, and plenty of beds. While not fancy, it had all we needed. The owner was very responsive throughout the whole rental process. Also, I had never done the paypal thing as far as rental payment, and was concerned about it, but my concerns were unfounded. The process was easy, and the property manager met us on time for our arrival, and check out was a breeze... Know the owner is always working to keep the place up to expectations. Would rent again.

Amazing House on Amazing Beach!

We stayed in this house in the middle of June and had a GREAT time! Access to the beach is convenient and it was wonderful to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. The house was very nice and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone. I know it's hard to tell sometimes by the pictures if a house will be exactly what you need. Let me assure you, this house has what you need. And the owners were a pleasure to work with. They were available to answer questions and kept us informed about the beaches and any possible oil problems. There were NO ISSUES WITH OIL! It was also very convient to a cool shopping center, bike rental, and restaurants. Destin is only about 10 -15 minutes away, so you could go to town quickly, but you were far enough away from big crowds on the beach. There's also a nice trail along 30A to go running, walking, or riding on right outside the neighborhood. We will be staying here again!

This is a beautiful home that I would recommend to anyone! The convenience to the beach is unmatched! Along with the wonderful views and amenities this house offers - I don't know that I'd want to stay any other place. We'll definitely be back in the future!!! Thank You again for making our Wedding/vacation an amazing trip - I wouldn't trade these memories for anything!

My family and I just returned from staying at Seaward at Sunrise! The house is absolutely beautiful and is very child friendly! It is right on the beach and has amazing views from both balconies! We are definitely planning on renting this piece of paradise again very soon!

Our stay at Seaward at Sunrise was perfect! All the views from the house were great, but the view from the master bedroom was the BEST view of all! Plus, we had plenty of space for everyone- 12 adults stayed comfortably for a week. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful gulf front rental.

What a wonderful treat! I turned 40 in this house surrounded by family from near and far. The house is wonderfully suited to large gatherings; the beach (even after a hurricane) is still the best in the world; the views are amazing; the community and stores are walkable; the pricing is fair; and the owner is a gem to rent from. Two enthusiastic thumbs-up! From a 40-year old....
