Santa Maria is a former 15th century stone - built priory fully restored few years ago by the choreographer Lindsay Kemp - former owner of the property.
Santa Maria is located on a smooth hill in a panoramic position just eight kilometers from Todi, the famous medioeval Umbrian town.
The property is surrounded by one acre of land with a lovely garden and a large swimming pool. Around the garden you will find a stone built BBQ, a cute house built on an oak and a little football field. The property is ideal for family reunion, for family with kids and the atmosphere is extremely comfortable and peaceful.
