This apartment is located in a prime neighborhood in the Seventh Arrondissement, just down the block and across the Esplanade des Invalides from Napoleon’s Tomb. You will find the tomb under the magnificent golden Dome des Invalides flanked by museums and monuments of the military history of France.
Here, you are also a short walk to the Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower and just across the Seine from the Trocadéro, Grand Palais and Petit Palais. The neighborhood prides itself on its delightful cafés, prestigious restaurants, museums and galleries and world famous market and shopping streets.
The apartment is simple, luxurious elegance, with great attention to detail and comfort.The bedroom has one large bed - 160x195, the living room/dining room has a fold-out couch that can sleep two. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four burner gas stovetop, oven/microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer, all of the small appliances, utensils, dishes, glasses and flatware. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower - no tub; the toilet is in a separate room, in the French style.
We supply all of the towels and sheets. There is a thorough cleaning before you arrive and upon your departure. There is high speed internet and WIFI, television and telephone including local and long-distance calls to most countries.

Frankly, I never thought I'd end up living in Paris but - you see, I met a man. On a ski trip - Alps - chalet - fireplace - well, it's been ten years. I can't give you the complete insider's guide to Paris yet, (I believe that takes three generations) but I can give you an ex-New Yorker's guide to this fabulous City of Lights. Our first studio was my husbands - that's where we lived once we decided to share a continent. We were there until our son was about negative-one-month old, and we didn't want to have to convert the bidet into a bassinet. Once we moved, I started renting out that apartment and everything fell into place. As an architect, I love fixing up the apartments, and as an ex-pat, I love meeting the people who come to enjoy their vacations in Paris.

What a wonderful week at a fantastic apartment! From start to finish a great experience. The apartment is large and completely renovated, ery clean and comfortable. The location is very central to sights and transportation. Every possible shop and convenience right nearby. I am a frequent traveller to Paris and will certainly return to this place. The weather wasn't great so it was nice to come home to a warm and welcoming apartment.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

We arrived on a Monday morning after an 8 hour plane ride from the states to Naomi waiting for us at the apartment. It is perfect for a family of four as we stayed there with our two teenage girls. There is plenty of room with a private bedroom and a fold out couch in the living room, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is large, and the kitchen has everything you need. Naomi is very helpful and arranged for rides to and from the airport for us. It is a quiet area and a nice walk to the Eiffel Tower. Lots of shops and food markets as well. Paris is a beautiful city with lots of great art, architecture, and food. We will definately contact Naomi again if we find ourselves back in Paris.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.
