  Great location off HWY 27 Calabay Parc. very quite street on cult de sac. The owners and Local management (Frank) are friendly and accomodationg too. We felt very safe in this community. Overall this is a Great home and we had awesome time staying here and going to day trips Like Tampa and Lakeland, Clearwater beach. short drives for us. Having a South facing pool was great to Lots of SUN during the day. Thank you Waleska & Erik

  Thank you so much for renting your home to us. The house is beautiful as well as warm and inviting. It was so clean and had everything we needed! Our vacation was so relaxing and enjoyable. We will be back and will rent from you again for sure!! This was our first rental experience and we were a little hesitant about renting from someone but we were so pleased! Frank was available when we needed him as well as the owner. If you are thinking of renting a home for your vacation...this is the ONE!! Also, we loved renting a home instead of a hotel room. It was much more spacious, we had our own pool, the children loved having more than one television, and it was nice for them to have their own rooms as well!! Thanks so much...we will be back soon!

My granddaughter loved the Mickey Mouse room and bathroom. Cute decor. Thank you for opening up your wonderful home to us.   We have rented many properties in the Orlando/Davenport area through the years. This property represents everything good about the house rental experience. I cannot sing the praises enough about the amenities, thoughtfulness, and communication. This week, we decided to experience things generally outside of the Disney, including Universal, and other attractions. The proximity of this property to the expressway, shopping, and good food is tremendous. The area around the house is very quiet, and is adjacent to a play area. With regard to the house, I was pleased with the flat screen televisions, good, high end appliances, and attention to detail were just excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was exceptionally clean and warm. I strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great experience and value in the Orlando area.

  We were an extended family of 8 that visiting Orlando, FL for the Christmas Vacation. It was an awesome trip made memorable by our stay at this property. Here are the reasons for my rating -- Super clean -- Princess themed rooms for the girls on the trip. -- Landlord and property management were prompt and helpful well beyond the duration of the stay. -- Fully-equipped kitchen. -- Fast food and grocery stores nearby. -- Felt safe staying at home and in the community. Well, I could keep going; instead, I would say, do not miss out on the experience of staying in this great property.

  We want to thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home! We had 9 people, 4 of them kids and everybody had plenty of room, the pictures don't do this home justice! We were close to Disney, shopping, Wal-Mart, grocery stores. The home is right next door to the play ground which the kids loved, and the neighborhood is really quiet. The house is located on the cul de sac so we never had to worry about the children and speeding cars. The owners were very nice and were always available to answer any questions we had, and the property manager was very nice as well. Overall, this is a GREAT home and we had an awesome time staying here and going to Disney! Thank you so much for your generosity!

  This house is perfect for us. The two master bedrooms make for a very comfortable stay. We like the proximity to Disney and the decor is beautiful. The owners and local management staff are friendly and accomodating. We have stayed at several other homes in the area on past vacations, but this is definitely where we will stay for all future Disney trips.

  The home was beautiful and plenty of room for multiple families to stay in at the same time. The home was very clean and family friendly. Close to all the attractions.

  Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation...specially made beautiful by your gorgeous home,...coming from a small apartment in ny,...your place was a palace ..my children did.not want to leave,..they even cried : my.husband is now incourage to move & buy.a home just as gorgeous as yours !!!   We just loved our stay at your beautiful villa! We always use VRBO when travelling and the two things I look for in my search are a good rental value and a certain classy look in the display pictures on the site. Both of these were satisfied in this home. We were at Epcot and the Magic Kingdom for two days but we took a day off just to stay at home and enjoy the surroundings at Calabay Parc. The villa in person is just like the pictures online and is so comfortable and cozy. The decor is very pleasing and the two Disney-themed bedrooms were a delight for our eight-year-old goddaughter. It was sparkling clean and well taken care of when we arrived. There is a mini shopping center about 4 miles up the road with a Publix, Applebees, and a Bamboo Wok where we bought takeout--delicious. We also went to Joe's Crab Shack one night for dinner and recommend it highly for a fun and casual meal. Such a wonderful 4-day vacation--a large part of that enjoyment because of this lovely villa. So glad we found it!

  We loved the place it felt warm and pleasant its a place that we will want to go back to for another vacation. My entire family loved it including the family that came to visit! The place was amazing really big and wonderful house and the neighborhood was great too!

  Erik and Waleska Ohlin - I wanted to thanks you for this great rental. My 4-year old daughter LOVES the princess room. The 2 sitting areas give us a change to split up and enjoy some space. We rent in Orlando 3-4 times per year, and your furnishings and upkeep are above average. We'll definitely be in touch for another rental later this year. I wish we could stay another week - but our jobs require us back in Memphis. Thanks again, Mike, Dyann, Liam & Lena

  We had a wonderful vacation for 10 days in this home. We had a slight issue with the tv and the management was at the home within 10 minutes. He called the dish provider had a new signal sent and was on his way. Spacious 4 bedroom very comfortable beds and a nice to pool relax at the end of the day. I would recommend this home for your Florida vacation.

  Family very flexible and friendly. We came during a week that had record heat (or close to) and the a/c work perfectly. Being from SoCal, I don't take that for granted. House was bigger than I expected with all amenities you might want. With 15, 12, and 10 year olds we weren't exactly sure how it woud work out but, being the cynic, I was very happy. Clean. Quiet neighborhood. Regarding Orlando generally: My credit cards put fraud holds on me twice as apparently Orlando is a huge area for fraud, so call ahead. I do a lot of travel and I figured I would be immune...wrong! Target Stores are perfect to buy groceries. Use the Target at the 27 just south of the 4 not the "supertarget" near Disney (unless you are returning from Disney). Drive away from Disney gives you a "decompressing" feeling from the parks. Also, we found the drive to Disney suing the 27 to the 192 AND THEN TAKE the TOLL ROAD 429 for $1.00 1 exit....it gets you past so much of the remaining traffic and you glide into your particular park via the "back way." Totally worth it. Also, check out RideMax.com saved us hours. tick is to get in before they open. It is worth much more than the $15. If you get a chance to talk to Frank, the manager, he'll crack you up. Thanks!

  Hi Waleska, Just wanted to let you know that we had an awesome time at your home in Florida. It was so nice at the end of a long day to leave the parks and go “home” were it was so nice and quiet. We were gone everyday to the parks so we hardly even used the pool but it was great the few times that my daughter did use it. Your house was terrific with everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed your Mickey Mouse dishes, nice touch!! If we ever make another trip back we will definitely contact you again. Thanks for everything. Sharon
