The list of adjectives could continue for quite awhile about our property. We are in Haixa in Litibu, a gated and private community, just minutes north of the famed Four Seasons and Ritz Carleton Hotels and Resorts and only 40 minutes north of the PV airport. The difference is that our property is so new that only a handful of condos are available at this time. This is truly your oasis. It's like your own personal resort with all the 5 Star amenities all to yourself! Restaurants, pool bar, mesquite fired pizza oven, the Sanctuary Spa, exercise room, 24 seat theater, concierge service....... It's all here waiting for you. Take a short walk through our beautiful mangroves to the beach. Once there you will have endless white sand beach in both directions. No dirty water or sand because when you go around Punta De Mita the water clears and calms and it's just gorgeous beach for you to enjoy. If you golf just look out the window of our condo from the fantastic penthouse we that we have. You will undoubtedly enjoy the disappearing window walls in our condo. The window walls just slide away bringing the marvelous and rich Mexican jungle air right to you. To the east you look down the 2nd fairway of the exciting Greg Norman Signature series course. The course wraps around the development from ocean front to ocean front. Incredible! As you look at the course you see the beautiful Sierra Madre mountain range to the east. Now turn your head to the right and look out at the ocean. We've got it all. The only thing that's missing is you! As a special "Grand Opening" gift, we will give you a free 1 hour massage in the Sanctuary Spa if you book your 7 day stay during December or January.

Magnificent indeed! I would have to agree with everything the owner says about this property - awe inspiring, peaceful and nurturing. The photos, although accurate, don't fully reflect how luxurious, palatial and comfortable this condominium is. The highlight for us, if we had to choose one, was the disappearing window walls that open onto a wraparound deck which gets sun from dawn to dusk with fabulous views in every direction. The resort is beautifully landscaped, the pool is a great size, the food from the restaurant is first class and the staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. We enjoyed all the amenities within walking distance of the resort - the beach and playing golf at the Greg Norman course, which is extremely good value. We also enjoyed coffee time in the village of Punta de Mita and visiting nearby Litibu, Sayulita and San Pancho. We would thoroughly recommend this property to the most discerning of travellers.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

About the owner: Debbie and I love this area in Mexico. There is so much to do and enjoy in the Puerto Vallarta area. Fish, surf, walk the beaches, walk and shop downtown and our personal favorite, relax in the quiet and warmth of the pure white sand beach. We live in Colorado and enjoy snow skiing and all the wonderful activities the mountains afford us. We love the outdoors! Fortunately there are only a few hours between the Colorado mountains and the Haixa beach!
Why the Owner Chose Litibu:
We bought this property when it was nothing but jungle. Not a tree had been cut or moved. You couldn't walk through it because it was so dense. Tarzan and Jane would have had a difficult time navigating this jungle. The developer has retained the true "jungle" feel while developing an incredibly beautiful and welcoming place. We could see in our minds what we thought it would look like, but it has become even more than we ever imagined that it might have been. Like an epic film,this was three years in the making and the results were spectacular. It is truly a Paradise. We do enjoy peace and quiet away from the nightclubs and noise of the city. We live in that enviornment so we like to get away when we vacation. This is AWAY! Yet it is just minutes from the excitement and fun that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Life is good!
