Casa Bella Vista or "House with the Beautiful View" newly built open-plan villa in the town of Trevignano on Lake Bracciano just north of Rome.
With four bedrooms and three bathrooms this sunny south facing house has spectacular views of the lake and is a short walk to shops, restaurants and the lakeside. Great swimming and water sports in the crystal clear water of the lake.
The house has a fully landscaped garden with a lawn and a stand of fruit trees at a lower level. There is a large fully covered terrace and large patio areas.
The house is perfectly positioned for sightseeing trips to Rome which is about one hour's drive but also accessible from Trevignano by bus and by train from nearby towns. The house has easy access to the popular regions of Florence, Umbria and Tuscany.
Lake Bracciano is the focus of the area. It is large and deep and clean. There are sailboats, windsurfers and pedal boats, all available for rental along the sandy beaches that ring the lake.
The three small towns that sit on the lake all have lakeside restaurants and bars. A road winds around the lake for walking and cycling. The whole area is dotted with historical sights - Etruscan, Roman and Medieval.
The house is 40 minute drive away from the nearest beaches and there are many resorts heading north towards the beautiful beaches of Argentario and Porto Ercole.
