Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: Clint Hamm is originally from Eastern Kentucky and Nancy is from Cincinnati. He retired as CEO of a large non-profit in northern Kentucky. Nancy retired from Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati. They spend a little more than half the year at The Villages and the remainder either in Cincinnati or traveling the world.
Why the Owner Chose Santo Domingo:
We bought this villa last year because we wanted a place to stay during the Winter season. We already owned a house here, but it was rented during the season. We have other commitments for Jan and Mar which made the villa available for rental.
