Our Greatroom with fabulous views of the lake
Location: Meredith, Lake Winnipesaukee, Lakes Region, New Hampshire, USA (1 1/4hours from Manchester, NH airport, 2 hours from Boston)

This waterfront family friendly home is perfect for either a group of adults or families with children. We have seven grandchildren under the age of nine so we have cribs, toddler beds, a stroller and lots of toddler toys. No need to bring beach toys to this house!
We have a private, gradual sand beach as well as access to a huge association beach with a raft and tennis courts. Because this is a family gathering place, we only rent for a limited amount of weeks each summer. A canoe and rowboat are available for your use.
Our home is beautifully landscaped and attractively furnished. The master suite is very large, with a king size bed and adjoining full bath.
Two of the bedrooms are also oversized and are furnished with a set of twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds. The Great Room, three of the bedrooms and the sitting room all have sliders out onto our huge wrap-around deck, providing great views of the lake and easy access outdoors. The beautiful cherry kitchen is fully equipped.
We have a patio lounging area by the waterside for reading, relaxing or an afternoon nap.
While the house is lovingly cared for and very well-maintained, it is not a fussy setting and the layout of the house lends itself to recreation and relaxation (most importantly, we find that everyone has enough SPACE, even when the grandchildren are visiting!).
We come here to relax with family and friends and to slow down enough to appreciate the splendor of the sun creeping over the Ossippee Mountains at dawn, the peaceful hymns of “our loons” in the bay in the evening and the glory of the lake on a lazy summer day.
We have made so many enduring and joyful family memories here and our renters in years past have echoed what a special place this has been for them and their families as well.
We are nestled between Meredith and Center Harbor, so there is easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Lake Winnepesaukee is a huge lake (27 miles long).
It is THE New Hampshire summer vacation destination and offers a great variety of activities to suit every taste and activity level. Whether you choose to snooze by the lake, shop ‘til you drop, or bike and hike to your heart’s content, this is the place to be in New Hampshire!
