Come enjoy the beauty of Kiawah’s natural marsh! This uniquely built 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath home has a private dock that is perfect for panoramic views of the Kiawah River and margaritas at sunset. Located in the heart of East Beach, the Night Heron Park and beach are just a short bike ride away.
As you walk up the front steps, the first thing you notice is the indoor/outdoor breezeway that flows through the house and focuses on the gorgeous marsh views in back. The first floor houses four of the five rooms that the home offers. The largest has two queen beds, mounted TV over a seating area, and private bath. The second has a queen bed with attached bath. The third has two twin beds and a private bath, and the fourth also has a private bath and mounted flat screen TV. All bedrooms on the first floor have marsh views and access the large rear porch with the exception of the twin bedroom. The second floor is a huge common area with a dining room, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, plenty of comfortable furnishing, a large mounted flat screen TV and sweeping marsh view out oversized windows. It is on the second floor that you will find the master suite with built in library, desk, king bed, California Closet, large upscale bath with Jacuzzi tub and tile inlay walk-in shower, and access to a balcony that overlooks Kiawah’s pristine ecosystem.

Our family rented this amazing house in June. There were 11 of us , so we really appreciated the large size bedrooms and great room. The bathrooms are wonderful and the whole house is beautifully appointed . We did some great photos of our family on the back porch with the Kiawah marsh in the background. The property manager was incredibly helpful to us. I accidentally left something important at the house after I checked out and they ( John) went above and beyond the call of duty to find this and return it to me. When we first arrived, i thought we had a problem with the elevator, so I had called them for help with it. They were at the house within 30 minutes.
