Accommodations: 1st Floor End Golf Villa - 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6-8)

Spacious kitchen with upgraded appliances, including extra large washer/dryer - Bethany Beach, DE-Delaware Villa Rental Overlooking the Fairway on the Black Bear Golf Course! The Village at Bear Trap Dunes is the perfect location for your beach vacation and is only minutes from Bethany Beach. Our first floor Golf Villa overlooks the fairway on the Black Bear course. We are a short walk (or bike ride) to the Pavilion, where you'll find indoor, baby, and outdoor pool (an additional outdoor pool is in another area in the community, too!) exercise facility, saunas, hot tub, har-tru tennis courts, and a brand new basketball court. The community also offers a "tot-lot" with swings and other equipment for the kids. The Bear Trap beach shuttles run all day from the community to Bethany Beach with a stop right outside our door! The community offers 27 holes of championship golf with a Pro shop, driving range and practice areas (link to the website for tee times, rates, etc.). The Bear Trap Dunes golf club is open to the public & serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with both casual and "beach formal" dining. And for those of you who want to grab a sandwich or burger and head back to the pool, just drop in at the 'Cub house' snack bar next to the Golf Club. Our villa has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has its own private & spacious bathroom with a luxurious queen size bed & 19" tv. In the two additional bedrooms, one also provides a queen size bed and our third bedroom provides two twin size beds. Our wide open family room includes a queen sleeper sofa, 32 inch television (with cable) and both a DVD player & VCR, and a stereo with CD player. There is also a dining area that seats 4. Enjoy views of the golf course from the screened porch or deck that walks out to a grassy common area. We have wicker furniture inside the porch and a picnic table on the deck (ideal for cracking crabs!). The Village at Bear Trap Dunes is located two miles from Bethany Beach and a short drive to Ocean City, MD or tax-free outlet shopping in Rehoboth Beach, DE. No Smoking, please.
