The Martin Home is a lovingly kept home with beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is very well equipped with cookware and utensils. There is a storage closet on the ground floor with everything that you need for the beach including a wagon, toys, floats, chairs, and umbrellas. My family enjoyed the screened courtyard with pool, hot tub and many seating areas. My granddaughter can idenify many different shells thanks to the shadowbox shell table. One very nice feature is the separate suite area on the opposite side of the courtyard, great for an in-law suite, a teenager or couple seeking privacy. The furniture and beds are very comfortable although I would prefer natural fiber comforters. This home is larger than the pictures reflect, a great value, family, vacation home. Thanks for the welcome basket. It was a very generous and greatly appreciated gesture.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
