This upscale estate provides for the perfect beach getaway. The property is located in the Punta Bella neighborhood on a secluded white sand beach, just a short distance from the One & Only Palmilla resort.
The entryway of the estate has a large, gated driveway that borders the staffs' separate quarters. Down the staircase are lush gardens and a small waterfall that welcome you to the entrance of the main house. The hacienda style home incorporates beautiful Balinese furnishings into its decor.
The 6 bedroom estate is large enough to host multiple families or couples. Each of the six bedrooms is a private suite with its own entrance and bathroom. The bedrooms are as follows:
Master Bedroom: 1 King
Guest 1: 2 Queens
Guest 2: 2 Queens
Guest 3: 2 Queens
Guest 4: 1 King
Guest 5: 1 King
The outdoor areas feature two large decks with an infinity pool and hot tub that overlook the beach. Lounge chairs and tables are available on both decks as well as under the beachfront lanai. On the upper deck, there is a pool table and a large ice machine.
The living room, which can be viewed on our website, has a TV with DVD player. There is also a small bar.
For an additional fee, guests may enjoy the service of our outstanding chef, Maria. Meals can be served in the dining room, which overlooks the ocean, or they can be enjoyed al fresco under the shady lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and dining sets.
Local Attractions:
Guests can walk to the Palmilla resort to enjoy the luxurious spa, play a round of golf, or dine on their delicious cuisine.
Cabo San Lucas, only a 20 minute car ride from the estate, offers many daytime activities as well an active nightlife. Daytime activities include shopping, boating, deep-sea fishing, whale-watching, swimming, and surfing. Nightlife includes dining and dancing.
