Lovely & comfortable 5 Bedroom home that has been completely renovated & expanded in 2011. Its a short five to seven-minute walk to the beach. Our address is 7 Shelley Court.
The spacious living room with 55" HDTV w DVD, has multiple French doors to the large, comfortable, screened-in porch. This porch overlooks the swimming pool with spa. The pool & spa were completelty refurbished in March 2010. The pool & spa may be heated for an additional surcharge. The downstairs MBR with king-size bed and HDTV/DVD has access to a sundeck that leads to the swimming pool. The new master bath has a walk-in shower. The home has wireless access.
The opposite side of the home has two guest bedrooms downstairs and a large laundry room. The first bedroom has two twin beds, and HDTV and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, an HDTV and two large closets. This room also has French doors to the screened-in porch and pool. Two brand new bedrooms have been added upstairs. The first one is a huge MBR with King Size bed, large ensuite bath with shower and large closet. The second has 2 sets of bunk beds, a large ensuite bathroom with shower and huge walk in closet. The large kitchen has a skylight and French doors leading to the screened-in porch. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating for over 25 people!
There are wooden floors throughout the home, except for the guest bedrooms, which are carpeted. This home has a stereo with CD and DVD player, fireplace, and ceiling fans throughout. The THE HOME HAS WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE.

This was our third stay at the property! We simply could not believe the new addition and complete renovation of the entire property since our last visit – it could have been on an episode on extreme makeovers! Our family has three children ages 9, 6 and 3 – we love the large pool and easy walk to the beach. We took our close friends in the fall last year along with their children and they loved it too. On our most recent stay in April, we had Grandma & Grandpa along with all (6) grandchildren and family to celebrate their 70th and 80th birthdays (13 total in the house.) The home is so relaxing and inviting – the kids ride their bikes in the cul-de-sac and swim in the pool – it gives Mom and Dad a great break. I enjoy cooking – the kitchen is great and the proximity of the dining area allows for easy serving. I typically cook at least two meals a day and while it saves on cost, it really is nice to eat at your own place comfortably, with family around. There is a massive 55 inch TV in the family room we watched several movies and sporting events together- what a blast! Upstairs there is large area where all the kids slept (ages 5-13) - which is like a media room - 2 sets of bunk beds and a fold out couch - they played Wii all night - best part about this room - it has a DOOR. There is an amazing amount of space in the home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms – all are well appointed and have personal touch to each. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone and everyone, if you are short a family – give us a call!

Our stay in Palmetto Dunes was made comfortable because of this great house. Located on a private cul-de-sac and a short drive to the palmetto dunes general store and the beach, it was the perfect location within palmetto dunes. My family had both privacy and convenience. The bedrooms were diverse, ranging from bunks beds to private king bed suites, making this the ideal house for a single family or for multiple families. The spa bathrooms were a treat. We loved the open floor plan for the kitchen, living and dining room, and the screened in back porch was a surprisingly delightful extra. The pool is a great size, and we really enjoyed using it even though the wind kept blowing leaves and debris into it. The house is located a short walk away from a bridge that will take you over a lagoon and to the walkway to the beach, but we drove to the beach everyday. But the real bonus to renting this house was the owner who not only thoughtfully left us with great dining ideas, but was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We had a great vacation and would recommend this house to families of all sizes looking for a fantastic house in palmetto dunes.

This was an amazing weekend. The layout of the house is ideal for more than one family, yet there was spaces for everyone to get near and away from each other. An easy walk to the beach, the kitchen perfect and well appointed with brand new appliances, I was SO happy... NO surprises. The pool was huge and I could see the whole yard from the gynormous screened in porch on the back of the house. It was so easy to keep an eye on everything AND relax. Brand new HUGE marble and granite bathrooms...Better than home, I totally recommend this house to anyone. My new annual family tradition!
