The large living room with 36" TV/VCR/DVD, has multiple French doors to the large, comfortable, screened-in porch. This porch overlooks the swimming pool with spa. The pool & spa may be heated for an additional surcharge. The master bedroom with king-size bed and TV/VCR has access to a sundeck that leads to the swimming pool. The master bath has a walk-in shower.
The opposite side of the home has two guest bedrooms and a large laundry room. These two guest bedrooms share a bath with tub and shower. The first has a queen-size bed and TV/VCR. This room also has French doors to the screened-in porch and pool. The other guest bedroom has two twin-size beds with TV/VCR. The large kitchen has a skylight and French doors leading to the screened-in porch.
There are wooden floors throughout the home, except for the guest bedrooms, which are carpeted. This home has a stereo with CD and DVD player, fireplace, and ceiling fans throughout. The house also has a Wheelchair Ramp to the house. THE HOME HAS WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE.
