Family -oriented home with two large 2nd floor bedrooms and two 1st floor bedrooms. One full bath upstairs with double sinks and a 3/4 bath downstairs. An outdoor shower is wonderful after a day at the beach or just before bed to enjoy the night sky. Just a 5 minute walk to Falmouth Heights beach and Bristol beach where the water is warm with views of Martha's Vineyard. Several restaurants within walking distance. Road Race finish just 10 minute walk away. No more than 8 guests, strictly enforced.

About the owner: We are a family of 5 who just love the ocean! We love to walk, run, bike, BBQ, and hang out in our yard.
Why the Owner Chose Falmouth:
We chose Falmouth Heights for its swimming beaches, views of Martha's Vineyard, and proximity to town and shopping. We chose our house for its amazing property and proximity to the ocean. Just a 5 min walk. Never have to get into a car to go to the beach!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our home away from home offers us incredible peace and tranquility. We only get in our car to grocery shop or enjoy a mini golf game. We walk or bike everywhere else. Bristol and Falmouth Heights beach are the best swimming beaches around. The atmosphere is family oriented so there are always children to play with on the beaches.
