  The pictures and description does this place no justice. Very clean and nicely decorated. Each room had its own private entry from the lower level, pool area. It's inside a gated community which has round the clock staff. We loved, loved, loved this place and didn't want to leave. And only a 10min cab from downtown where all the bars and resturants are. Not only were the place and location great, so was the staff. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left out personal staff member (Carlos) was amazing and helped with everything we needed.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Description is accurate and so are photos. Villa is very clean and well maintained. The villa is in a great location with a short walk to the beach. We felt very safe there and the fact that is gated and secure is really nice. The concierge that met us was great and nice to know you can call any time. This is or second time to Villa Cristina and if we can return for a third time we will. Short drive to Cabo and all amenities in close proximity. Beautiful beaches a short drive. Excellent value for the money. ESSV is great to work with and making arrangements couldn't be easier.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  This house was okay for our family, but not great. The pool was on the bottom floor, accessed mainly via the master bedroom (as well as a side staircase) so we could not see our kids if we wanted to be sitting at the outdoor dining area (upstairs deck). And it was not easy going back and forth to pool. Meant less relaxing by the pool or having our family spilt up on different levels if we were trying to make dinner or do anything else other than pool. Also quite shady for a big chunk of the day. House was very lovely, but lacked charm. We has maidservice every couple of days, but I would rather no maid service and a few more ammentites so that we don't have to be aware of any schedules or people coming into the house etc (e.g. lacked a dishwasher.) We love the Cabo Bello location, but really this house would be better suited for two, maybe three adult couples on a holiday, rather than a family.

  First of all, what you see (on the photos posted) is what you get. The house was incredibly spacious, super clean, aesthetically decorated and well equipped as a home away from home. For the basics, the beds were super comfortable and the (2 ½) bathrooms/shower were a lot nicer than most I’ve seen. The shower heads were great! The kitchen is also well equipped which made cooking at home convenient (and fun!) Living room, dining area, family room, all are spacious. The house, of course, has additional perks such as a private wading pool with ample room and chairs to lay out on. Oh, and the complex has its own private beach about a quarter of a mile from the house. My favorite space in the house was the large deck off the living room with this nice patio dining set. The deck offered an incredible view (absolutely gorgeous!) of the ocean which can be enjoyed during your morning breakfast or as you are having a meal outside with your friends/family. Paradise. The house is located between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo (~10-15 minute drive each way) so you’ll have to plan accordingly. My friends and I got a car. It was great to check out both tourist locations but, honestly, I would go back to Cabo knowing that I can just kick it at the house, relax and enjoy Cabo without having to leave the house. It is conveniently located near grocery stores and such (by car) but, with good planning, you’ll only really need to stock up once. One last thing, the house manager was super nice and super helpful!! He gave us good tips on places to check out. I’m really looking forward to going back. Again, incredibly spacious so the house is a great space to spend with good friends/family.

  I loved this place! Stayed for a full week in the spring of 2010, and had a great time. If you’re looking for a modern, spacious, plush vacation rental in Cabo, then look no further. This place is nearly perfect … very safe/secure with 24-hr gated security and close proximity to everything Los Cabos has to offer. Fly into SJD and be lounging poolside at the house in under 20 minutes. Downtown Cabo is literally 5-minutes away, and San Jose del Cabo is a short 15 minute drive north. Enjoy breakfast on the patio, head north to Zippers or The Rock for a surf session, have lunch at Taqueria El Fogon in San Jose del Cabo, come back to the casa for a couple of mid-afternoon margaritas, head down to the private beach for a couple hours, then hit the town or cook up a nice meal in the large kitchen and enjoy a relaxing evening at your home away from home. I will definitely be back.

  My family and I rented this great house for a whole week. It was so nice to see when we arrived that everything was clean and in great shape. My wife and I have rented many places that were not as nice as this property. We are regular Cabo goers and this is not only within our budget but allows us to be close enough, but not too close for the quite nights. This property is secure with a nice beach within walking distance. I have surfed here and it is always nice to walk rather than get in a car and have to drive. ENJOY, we did. Will

  My family rented this house for a week last year, and we would never want to stay in a hotel again. This house is spacious with a full kitchen and complete furnished. The location is central - 5 to 15 minutes drive to wherever we want to go, and if we don't want to drive, we can walk to a private beach in 10 minutes. And, if we are not in the mood to go anywhere, we can just sit by the pool and enjoy the sun and the view of the ocean. We enjoyed this quiet and private house like our own house - my family would want to rent this house again on our next trip to Cabo.

  This is a great Mexi rental. Very clean, spacious, and safe with 24hr gated security! Comes fully stocked with modern home furnishings to make you feel at home including cable TV. Centrally located just a few minutes from downtown Cabo and 15 minutes from the airport. There is also an ocean view from the kitchen patio, so you can eat outside while enjoying the view!
