Summer season the rate is $585 per night with a 7 night minimum. A 10% discount applies during the shoulder season. Off-season, the rate is $485 per night. Xmas and New Year's holidays are regular rates. Call for specific rates and dates. An 8% tax applies to all stays plus a refundable security deposit equal to one night's rent. A cleaning charge of $208.65 (includes tax) applies to stays less than 5 nights. This is a dog friendly home. There is a $20 per night charge per dog. Call for restrictions.
