Another fabulous Room Service vacation home , located in the stunning Vista Las Palmas neighborhood. This spacious Alexander design is fully furnished in a clean modern style , all the furnishings are white with fun pops in the accents. The large backyard and glistening pool create the perfect oasis for relaxing and entertaining.
4 large bedrooms , 1 master suite with a King bed and flat screen tv & en suite bathroom . 1 Guest suite with King bed , tv and attached bathroom. There is a large bedroom with 2 double beds (could accommodate 4 gusets , or great as the kids room) , and the last bedroom has a king size bed , these 2 rooms share a bathroom.
The open plan living/kitchen/dining space has terrazzo floors and panoramic mountain views.
The kitchen features modern stainless appliances and is stocked with all you would need to BBQ and entertain.

Truly awesome rental -- perfect for a reunion of friends. We had 8 people - some couples, some singles and the double beds in one of the bedrooms and king size beds in the other rooms was fantastic. The layout of the house is ideal -- all of the sleeping areas are on one side and the living room / kitchen and outdoor access on the other. The house itself is well furnished -- and things are generally in great condition, AC works great and we had consistent wi-fi the whole time. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The best part however was the outdoor pool and backyard. It was incredibly relaxing and made for lounging and talking. The location is also great -- within walking distance of the design district! We couldn't have been happier. The only downsides: the sprinklers went off in the middle of the day and there weren't any coffee filters or salt/pepper. We fixed that pretty quickly!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+.
