The location of our unit is WALKING distance to the golf practice range, tennis, the fitness club, and the 2 largest pools in our complex. Storage unit on first floor, makes it easy to put golf clubs, bikes, beach chairs, just outside our first floor unit.

We were guests here at Easter.Pelican Sound is tucked off the beaten path, just down the road from the Koreshan Preserve, away from the traffic and noise of the highway. We sensed a peaceful refuge for wildlife and for us stressed out folks. We love the view of the lake at our place in Cumberland Ky,but this is a lake view, swimming, boating and golf ,all in one. You can't beat it! The condo is larger than most- great for sharing with families or 3 couples ,because it has 3 full sized bedrooms, not just 2 bedrooms and a small den. It is a very easy walk out unit,esp when you have golf clubs, groceries, or beach chairs, etc.We really like to take it easy when we are on vacation,so this is the place to do it!

We rented this condo in March with our friends and were so comfortable, we felt at home instantly. The set up in the condo and the surrounding complex is so convenient for fun and activities -boating, swimming, golfing just outside your door here. The bedrooms are so comfy, you feel like you are in dreamland. Truly a place you will put in your vacation book to come back to.

This is the second vacation , we have spent in this lovely condo.This place is newly painted,very nicely furnished and has a great view to boot.We usually go to Hilton Head, but love the weather for the constant warmth/sun in March,and early April.
