Picture yourself relaxing on the balcony or pool or beach watching the waves crash on the beach. Can you hear it? Come experience it! Directly on the beach with amazing views from the kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, and balcony. King bed in the master bedroom with a comfortable bed and great decor. Open the window or balcony door and listen to the gulf...doesn't get better than that! The guest bedroom has two double beds and there is a pull out sofa in the living room. Lots of room for everyone! Full kitchen with lots of counterspace and cabinet space. Everything you need is here! The pool has a direct view of the beach and gulf which is not typical. The Beach House has one of the largest private beaches in the area. All the amenities are here: heated oversized pool, kid's pool, game room, gazebo, grills, free wifi, workout room, shuffleboard, tennis courts, etc.
You can't beat this location either. Just minutes from Silver Sands outlet mall, Sandestin, Baytowne, many restaurants, golf courses, spa, grocery store...it's all nearby!!!

The condo was in excellent shape ,beautifully furnished and clean. The location was great for our conference. We were only about 5 min away. We had everything that we needed.the weather was outstanding and the beach more beautiful than ever.We look forward to returning to the Beach house next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo is extremely nice. It is decorated very well. It is in a quiet location. The deck is perfect...at all times of the day there is sun on half of it and half of it is shaded. This worked out perfect..my wife would be getting some sun on the deck while I was in the shade. The beach is literally 5 feet from the condo. You have your own private beach so there are not that many people on the beach. The condo is located in a perfect spot...everything is within a 10 min drive. Overall me and my family loved this place. By far the nicest condo we have stayed in while vacationing in destin. Can't wait to go backRecommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

we checked in late monday night, the guard gave us the parking pass, we had a code to open the door and we were ready to catch some z's. i thought the unloading of luggage was going to be difficult but there are large carts to put everything on to bring up the elevator....the room is right by the elevator so getting to the beach is quick....i would stay again here for sure.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

3rd floor view was fantastic! Never a bad day. Had 12 guest for a meal and didn't feel too crowded. The grills worked great. Grocery store one block away. Buster's restaurant even closer(and they have great breakfast).Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is a NON SMOKING unit. No exceptions. No additional fees if the following are met: · No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. · No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. · All debris, rubbish, and trash are placed in the dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in dishwasher and cleaned. · All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. · No linens are lost or damaged. · No early check in or check out. · Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure. · The renter is not evicted by owner, owner’s representative, law enforcement, or the Beach House condominium security company. Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: We purchased this unit in November of 2011 and already are in love with it. We have vacationed in the Destin area for many years and never stayed in a unit this close to the beach. That's what sold us. It really is just steps to the beach. We have three children and they are very excited about staying at The Beach House. You're kids will love it too. The pool is the best in the Destin area!!! We promise to do everything we can to make your stay as wonderful as possible!
Why the Owner Chose Beach House:
Destin is our favorite place to vacation. We usually come twice a year. This location is the closest to the beach of any unit we have ever seen and so close to everything you could ever need. The beach is not crowded and the pool has a view of the beach and gulf.
