Hither Hills is a unique part of Montauk. Our home offers privacy yet is situated within walking distance to the village of Montauk, private ocean beaches and a few local restaurants. The home has an in-ground pool which is perfect for families when the ocean is too rough for children. The fenced in yard offers security for small children and we will consider a small housebroken dog. The home has 3 full bedrooms with Queen beds in each. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with an additional bathroom in the finished basement that also has an extra room for guests. The den is equipped with a queen pullout sofa and large screen tv. There is a Stairmaster for those interested in excercising indoors. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about our home.

About the owner: We live on Long Island which helps to make Montauk an easy commute. From our home you have easy access to the Ocean as well as the village of Montauk. Private Ocean beaches are a 5 minute walk or if you prefer, you can utilize one of the 5 oceanfront parking lots as the area we live in is part of the MBPOA of which we are members. This entitles us as owners to a beach key and parking pass for our tenants to use.
Why the Owner Chose Montauk:
We have been going to Montauk for the past 40 years. Its a unique part of Long Island that is far different from the Hamptons which you leave behind once you reach the final Napeague Stretch of road that leads to the solitude of Montauk and beautiful miles ocean beaches.
