Four-year-old condominium located in Forest Knoll Complex. Garden level, two-bedroom, two-bath unit with all new furniture. Attached porch with table and chairs. Microsuede "L" shape couch that opens to a queen-size sleeper. Cable TV in bedrooms and living room with dvd/vcr player. Fully furnished!

Trolley to the mountain for skiing or ten-minute walk to the center for dinner & entertainment. This unit belongs to the Waterville Valley Athletic Center which allows renters and guests for a nominal fee. Full ski season rental 12/15/07 to 4/6/08 = $10,750 plus expenses.

Winter & Fall weekends: 2 nites(non-holidays)= $550.. 3 nite stay = $650.
Winter & Fall weekdays: (minimum 3 nites) = $185 per nite.
Summer/Fall = $975 per week.
Summer partial - weekends $495; weekday (minimum 3 nites) = $225 per nite.
MLK weekend = $1,195.
Christmas and February vacations = $395 per nite (3 nite minimum)
