  The place was perfect tranquility...exactly what was needed! Short walk to the ocean and ocean front restaurants. Full size kitchen and amenities make it feel a home away from home!

  The place was wonderful, clean, well-kept, and easy to settle in to. Plenty of room for a family, and walking distance from the beach as well as cafes, restaurants and a small market. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. We loved the relaxing environment and great views.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Bella Casa Vista certainly lives up to the name. My family, including our lab, had a wonderful stay. House is extremely clean with all the amenities you need and simply beautifully remodeled. View is spectacular from the many balconies and the beach is just a few short blocks down. Jason was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the new dish washer and had someone out to fix it promptly. Perfect place for a single family with kids or a couple families without. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be staying again.

  This is a very place to stay and spend time with your family or a partner. The house is very cozy, light and clean and everything is very comfortable. Ocean view and five minutes to the beach. The owner is very helpful and friendly, I will recommend this place to my friends and relatives. We had a wonderful time and looking forward to coming back.

  Great location and awesome living room with a view. We watched the Super Bowl, drank on the patio and had a fun time. Highly recommend this place!

  Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! You have impeccable taste --all of the furnishings are beautiful from the tile to the cabinets to the bathrooms and master suite. The weather was spectacular on Saturday afternoon and evening for our beach party. The kids loved the outdoor shower as well. We loved sipping wine and enjoying the sunset and ocean view from the upstairs deck. What a treat we had this weekend and we hope to come again!

  We stayed at Bella Casa for the Labor Day Weekend. We were a mix of senior citizens, couples, teenagers and young kids. Our experience was just memorable. The home is beautiful and functional, with lots of linens, towels and a very well equipped kitchen. The house was everything the website said and more. A stones' throw from the beach, it was very convinient for us to go back and forth. Jason, the property manager/ owner was just a phone call away and very prompt in answering any questions. We would love to come back here and would highly recommend the place to anyone who wants a comfortable stay in a home away from home.

  My family and I would return as well as recommend staying here but would verify certain amenities are operational. This property was easy to find; my family and I enjoyed its location the beach was a short walk from the rental. The rental was charming, clean and maintained the kitchen was well equipped. We brought preparations for BBQ but could not find the grill; later found it tucked away behind a privacy screen in the corner of the patio. The exhaust fan in the upstairs restroom did not work; microwave kept losing power had to wait for it to reset itself. Besides the kitchen table the couches were the only seating in the living room were most uncomfortable... wash machine was out of order. We spent long time at the beach were not able to wash any of our towels etc. Could not watch DVDs the DVD player had no hookups/cables we were not able to use it during our stay.

  Owner response: We sincerely apologize for the troubles, and we really want our guests to have a great time and not have to think of those issues when they stay. I try to make myself available by email, texting, and phone calls in case anyone has any troubles. Sometimes a past guest or one of the neighbors we are friends with may place the BBQ or the beach firewood in a place where it is safe from the rain, but if anyone is wondering where the BBQ is, then they can always text me or call me. One guest texted me that the coffee maker was broken, so I drove over to the house with a brand new coffee maker. We had someone look at the microwave after this review (who then told us the microwave was fixed) and when the next guest called me and said the microwave was still turning off after 2 minutes, I just bought a new microwave. I just want any prospective guests to know that I make myself available for any of these issues.

  We have rented several homes for vacations over the years, and this one by far was the best!!! The location was to die for, being that it was only a block from the beach. It was beautiful inside and out. Many vacation homes are decorated and furnished with things that appear to be hand me downs from their main house. Not the case at "Bella Casa". The home was beautiful with all the modern amenities. We began our stay with the home owner meeting us and giving us a tour of the home as well as the area. He even showed us the nearest dog park and best place to get coffee. It was such a special touch. I believe he was there to do some minor repairs before our arrival, but he didn't have to do what he did. We really appreciated it. I can't say enough about how great a time we had in Aptos at Bella Casa. Thank you again and we'll be back next year!
