This condo has so many wonderful features. Ten-foot ceilings and crown molding, custom tile throughout, stainless appliances, and high end furnishings. The unit is Lobby level, 25 feet above sea level, but you can park very close to the front door. You never have to use the elevator and your views are breathtaking. Both Bathrooms have custom tile and tasteful decor. The Master suite is huge and has a private balcony. We would love to have you for a wonderful vacation. I'm sure it will be your favorite home away from home.

Stayed in Pheonix East #101 for our fall break. We enjoyed the stay. Our party of 6 was able to reside confortably in the unit. The first floor (direct to the parking lot) access made it a lot easier for my mom to get around the building. The unit was as described and very clean. The location was great for the East end of OB. The beach access is good since it is not set too far back from the water like some condos in the area.Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities.
