We have just added a 27" new TV in the master bedroom plus a workstation with wireless printer/scanner, monitor and keyboard.
Great Park City Location. Newpark is considered the newer part of Park City with fantastic shops, restaurants, and entertainment right out your front door, and tranquil mountains, open spaces and trails out your back door!
Our unit is a great Newpark Location with fun sleeping accommodations for the kids. One master suite has a king bed with private bath, and the second has two twins with a private bath. There is a loft area with a full over twin bunk, and a sofa bed in the living room plus an additional full bath, so plenty of space for up to 8.
We've included games, DVDs and books and more to enjoy while you relax after a day of enjoying all Park City has to offer.

The home is just as expected....clean, comfortable and convenient. We stayed at this home for 5 nights and couldn't ask for anything more. The owner and manager were easy to speak with and easy to get a hold of if needed. Thankfully we only needed to call when we checked out. Everything went as perfect as could be!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Newpark home. We arrived to a lovely welcome card and loaf of cinnamon bread. The property was clean and homely and is exactly as described and pictured online. Nancy was a great help during our arrival and we did not encounter any problems during our stay. It is located on a quiet street overlooking the nature reserve, and is a short walk away from all the action in Redstone. One suggestion would be to install some blinds on the windows in the second bedroom (with 2 single beds). We would recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort in a central location.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

About the owner: We are a family of four and we lived in Park City for Four Years. We are now back on the east coast but love spending time in our Park City vacation home whenever we can.
Why the Owner Chose Newpark:
We bought our condo when we moved to Park City and lived in it for a year as we got to know the area. We love the location and fell in love with this wonderful town. We now enjoy coming several times in the winter and throughout the summer.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We love that we can go out the door and be on trails for cross country and skate skiing, running or biking. We also love that we can walk to great restaurants, the movies, bowling, whole foods and more. The bonus is that for such a busy location, the units are quiet and peaceful with a hot tub on the deck and the stars shining above!
