  Dawn, Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us. Although the weather didn't cooperate as well as we could have hoped for, our stay was wonderful none the less. The warm and inviting atmosphere, the great location with easy access to Charlevoix, Petosky, Traverse City and the Leelanue Peninsula Wine country and Arts and Crafts trails made for a wonderful anniversary stay. Between the fireplace at night, the nice layout and decor of your condo, the beautiful settings and views off the balcony, all were absolutely wonderful. Thank you again for allowing us this opportunity.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

  Our recent stay at the condo included my husband, sister, brother-in-law, my 2 teenage nieces and myself. The condo was very easy to find and convenient to all areas from Mackinac Island to Traverse City. Upon arrival my nieces were very impressed with their "new digs". We had only rented for a 2 night stay but we all could have easily stayed longer. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely as well as being very comfortable from living space to beds. The patio was larger than it appears in the picture and the 4 adults were comfortable sitting out there together. The only glitch we had was internet access was not available for our entire stay. It was a temporary issue but was not solved before we checked out. If that is a huge priority it could be a problem. Overall we had an excellent experience. I would definately stay again if the opportunity comes about. Thank-you Dawn for a pleasurable mini vacation!

The association was in the process of changing to a different internet provider. The service has now been restored and we do not anticipate any future problems.

  We feel so lucky to have found this condo! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and full of amenities. The layout of the condo was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax with the family and enjoy the spectacular views of Lake Charlevoix. We stayed in the master bedroom with a private bath and walk-in closet, with the windows open at night to listen to the quiet sounds of the water right in front of us. We woke up to beautiful sunrises over the water. The beach was well-maintained and clean, and there was a firepit right in front of the water. The owners were friendly and responded quickly to all of our inquiries. We loved the charm of East Jordan and its proximity to Charlevoix! We will DEFINITELY rent this beautiful condo for our up north vacations for years to come. This place is truly a gem!!

Oct - May:  $125 nt, $750 wk  Minimum 2 night rental
June - Sept:  $1400 wk   One week minimum rental.
$500 damage deposit refunded within 5 days
Weekly rentals include cleaning fee. $50 fee for rentals less than one week.
25% deposit required at booking.
Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to check-in.
Refund provided if less than 30 days and unit is re-rented for the same period.
