  As you enter Emerald Island Resort, you start to feel the magic of the area. The resort’s lavish landscaping, lush green lawns and beautiful dolphin fountains are a breathtaking backdrop to begin your vacation. You feel like you are entering a very special place, as you arrive at the 24 hour guard gated entrance, which helps to make you secure while you are away. This was our family’s first Disney vacation with our two little girls, 3 1/2 and 1 1/2. We truly enjoyed the close proximity to the Disney Parks, shopping and attractions. Our accommodation was very clean and provided us with lots of personal space and privacy. Our children enjoyed their Disney themed room, of which there are two, one for girls and one for boys. It was wonderful to have access to a private pool where we could supervise our children’s water activity also. The backyard looks out onto one of the natural areas surrounding the resort. This is especially nice, as you do not look out onto a backyard of another home. We were fortunate during our stay to enjoy the company of a Sandhill Crane, who was quite comfortable near us while we swam in the pool. The owners were very pleasant to deal with, very accessible and answered our questions in a timely manner. We would be happy to stay at this home again in the future.

  My family has actually stayed at this property twice in the past year. Our first visit was in May 2012. We loved the home so much we chose to stay there again on our return visit to Disney/Orlando in May 2013. This property is only a few mintues away from the Disney resorts and is close to Sea World, too. Great shopping in the area to pick up your necessities during your stay. The home is very clean and owners are a pleasure to work with. My daugther LOVES the girly princess room and it was very helpful to have the crib at the home for my son. The neighborhood community is also very nice and safe. We hope to visit the Orlando area annually going forward and will check availability for this property for all our visits in the future. I'm sure you will love this home as much as we do and you will make a lifetime of memories while staying here.

  Excellent villa in a perfect location ,the resort is very nice . The villa was very clean and decorated We spent an excellent holiday in a perfect location, very comfortable. The children have enjoyed all the entertainment offered by the house, i will return and recommend this house to my friends

  Staying in a vacation home is the best choice when you travel and have seniors and young kids! Our two-year-old loved being able to run around. We were very happy to have a bedrail and seat booster provided after asking the owner. Thanks so much! It was also nice having four bathrooms, so the adults (parents & grandparents) could have the two master bathrooms, and the third and fourth were available for our kids. We all enjoyed the beautiful view and private swimming pool. The kids had a lot of fun. The owner is very nice and responsive. It was a great Disney vacation!

  We had a fantastic stay at Nice Water View Villa! The house was beautifully decorated, well appointed with everything you need, and my children loved their bedrooms/bathrooms. Absolutely loved having our own private pool! We visited in January so we had the pool heat on, especially after long days at the parks, and it sure did feel great! Everything really could not have been more ideal. I really appreciated the baby accessories that were available (crib, highchair, strollers). The communication with the owner was great as well. My questions were always answered quickly and kindly. Stay here; you'll love it!

  This lovely water view villa was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths for our two families and did a lot of research on the web before we booked. Emerald Island Resort is one of the most beautiful vacation home communities we have ever seen. It is surrounded by a conservation land, quite an escape from the busy parks, but very close to Disney World. We had free access to many facilities and enjoyed fitness room and sauna very much. The house was immaculate when we arrived, and the facilities were excellent! It definitely felt like a home away from home. The owner of the villa was a pleasure to deal with. Efficient and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations on where to eat and shop. Genuine value added service. We've only been back in New Jersey for 2 days and my husband and kids already miss it. It's definitely a vacation we will be talking about for years to come. Absolutely loved it and would love to stay there again for future trips!!

  Our family took a vacation with a friend’s family on last week of September for a whole week. This villa has gorgeous view, beautiful decoration, high quality bedding and comfortable furniture. It gave us enough space to relax and play. The house is perfect for two families like us. Our entire group loved this home very much. The resort is one of the best we could think of, short distance to Disney, many free excellent amenities, very secure, clean and quiet. We wish we would have spent more time in the community itself. Thanks the owners for quick assistant for issues we had!

  We are just back from a fantastic fortnight in Florida having spent our final 8 days at the Villa. The owner Sulli has been a pleasure to deal with and helped us in every way. This Villa is ideally situated for Disney, Sea World, Universal etc which are only a 20 minute drive. Busch Gardens is just an hour in the car as well. The villa has all amenities such as cable tv in every room, wifi and a games room with pool table and air hockey, play station etc not to mention the wonderful swimming pool for cooling down in after a day in the sun. The property is clean and well looked after and just 10 minutes drive from lots of restaurants on Highway 192, try The Outback for great steaks nearby and treat yourselves to a breakfast pancakes and bacon with maple syrup at IHOP :-) We contacted Sulli while we were at the Villa to check if we could phone home to the UK, he arranged with the phone company next day so full marks for this. The Emerald Isle resort is easy to get to, quiet and safe, highly recommended and we have had a great holiday.

  We had a lovely family holiday and felt home from home in your beautifull villa. The house was very clean and comfotable. Its in an excellent location. very close to the Disney parks. The owner was very reponsive to the couple of problems that we had. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

  We had a family summer vacation at this home, felt wonderful with everything. The owner was great to deal with, the house was very clean and beautiful. Before we went, we were a bit concerned, because some of us have allergies. We were made sure that the house and the pool were very clean. Yes, we all had a great time! The kids enjoyed the games consoles and pool very much. We had everything we needed. We would recommend it to anyone who look for a great home to rent in Orlando. Thank you, the owner!
