Our Emerald Estates retreat is perfect for your winter getaway or ski vacation. It offers a spacious open plan living style that would more than accommodate a family/families or couples travelling together on a vacation.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms located on the upper floor, double, queen, and king master suite. There is a den/family room (located on the main floor) which includes a queen sofa bed (with upgraded 7” mattress). This room is also has an ensuite with shower.
The spacious master king suite (600 sq.ft.) has a pillow-top king bed, 40' flat screen HDTV, master ensuite with heated marble floors, double sinks (no sharing), soaker tub, and separate shower. The double and queen bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combination, and heated marble floors. All bedrooms offer high thread count linens.
Spacious kitchen allows for several “cooks”, dining room seats 8 comfortably, living room is warm and inviting with wood burning fireplace insert. Media/games room offers 46” HDTV, regulation pool table, darts, and bar area with bar fridge to store extra goodies.
After a great day on either Whistler or Blackcomb enjoy a relaxing hot tub in the privacy of the back yard. This home is fully fenced and gated for the ultimate in privacy.
Emerald Estates is one of the quietest neighbourhoods in Whistler, and our home especially so. Whistler transit access is a short 5 minute walk away, a short 7 minute drive to Whistler Village to access shops, restaurants, and of course skiing/snowboarding.

About the owner: We have lived, worked, and enjoyed the Resort lifestyle for the past 23 years. We find ourselves empty nesters now and would like to offer our home as a winter vacation rental and perhaps enjoy a warm vacation for ourselves. I am a local realtor and my husband a local builder.
