I have a 5 Bedroom townhouse with 4 bathrooms (2300 square feet). It is 3 levels with 2 bedrooms, a living area, and a full bathroom on the bottom level. There is a spacious living area on the main floor with a full bath, gas fireplace, flat screen, DVD player, and stereo system. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is an 8 person hot tub and a gas grill on the back deck. Additionally, there is a one car garage with storage for your use. The house is equipped with Direct TV, including the Sunday Ticket, and high speed internet.
Located about a mile from main street Frisco; walking distance to Safeway and Wal-Mart. Summitt county bus stops nearby.

Our own VRBO condo is too small for our two-generation family of 11 adults, so this 5bedroom/4bath was just what we needed for space and privacy. The three level townhome was well-equipped with kitchen ware, large refrigerator, multiple flat screens, large table for eating and family games, wi-fi, washer & dryer and great private hot tub on deck. Kate was very helpful with explanations of the amenities. We learned the nephews are fantastic cooks, so Moms and Aunts don't have to do everything! We enjoyed our New Years holiday at this Frisco location. It would be a wonderful location anytime of the year!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Our group of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids) very comfortably stayed in this property for 4 nights. The photos do not depict how much space this property really has. The kitchen had everything we needed.....and more. We even grilled steaks on the deck in the snow. The furnishings do not appear to be "leftovers", but are high quality items bought specifically for the home. The hot tub was very nice and provided relief for our sore muscles. The kids used the well-stocked game cabinet to entertain themselves in the evenings. Having a Safeway, WalMart, and multiple ski rental shops just down road was useful for those little forgotten items. Breeze ski rental did a good job of hooking us up with the equipment we needed to ski Copper mountain. The entire home was clean and well maintained and Kate was helpful and responsive to all of our questions...she has thought of everything. We will definately recommend this to our friends and look forward to staying here again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

The place was super and everything was just as the owner said it would be. She was also so helpful and prompt with helping us with logistics. Hot tub was awesome, beds comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Place was nice and clean. Just what we needed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We just finished our stay (the 11 of us) and had a great time. The house was very clean and had all the necessities. Their was plenty of room to spread out and we never felt crowded. The location was perfect, close to all the hills. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids after skiing. We will definitely be back. About the owner: I am an avid skier and hiker and like to enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. I live in Denver, so it is a quick trip to the mountains to enjoy all of the amenities.
