  We rented this house for a total of 12 college students during Spring break. We had a blast! The view was absolutely beautiful and the house itself is just amazing. Definitely coming back here again in Summer!

  My family, along with friends stayed here 4 days and found the house and cabin all that we expected and more. Nicely furnished and comfortable with plenty of room for 6 adults and accociated Children. Great view and a quiet and pleasant location. This is a place just made for relaxations.

  This house was absolutely beautiful and the scenery was even better. It was so quiet, and so calm; the perfect place for a family get together, reunion or intimate wedding. The home is in great condition, and has a beautiful kitchen to cook in. The furniture and beds are very comfortable which is a plus. My family & I rented this home to spend Christmas with each other, with family coming from 4 different states to all meet here. There was plenty of room for kids to run, and adults to relax; especially in the hot tub. I would highly suggest this home to anyone looking, as it is in a great location and is so beautiful! The listing was exactly what we saw when we stayed at the home; everything was accurate. The owner is very helpful with our questions/concerns and even went out of her way to put in a Christmas tree for our use. The listing photos were accurate with the furniture and space, as there was plenty of space for everyone in our large group! We would like to extend our thanks to the owners for this beautiful property! We look forward to future stays!

  We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving. The view was great and we had plenty of room in the main house and cottage for our group of 12. The hot tub was enjoyed by all at the end of each day. We were close to Lake Chelan for shopping. The gas fireplace would have been nice to use on our rainy days.

  We had a group of 10 adults, 5 couples and this house easily provided enough space for us. We had a blast and only wished to have been able to stay longer.....during the summer. ;-) Thanks again! We hope to stay here again next year.

  This was awesome home for our large group of 15. Both the houses were very well maintained. Between them, we had lots of open spaces for all kinds of stuff, 5 bedrooms + 4.5bath, which was more than enough for us and probably good enough for a group of even 20 . Kids loved the bunk beds. Hot tub was a bonus. The place is reasonably close to all the attractions in Chelan area. This vacation home really helped to make our trip a memorable one. We do have one recommendation that would make the place even more enjoyable . Since the area do have some issues with bugs/insects, a door/window screen would help to keep the insects out.

  Very comfortable home for our large group. We loved the openness of the main house. Between both of the houses and yard, there was plenty of room for our large group. Kids, big and little, loved the dock area. It was close to a couple of very nice low key parks and easy access to downtown Chelan and all that the town offers. It was wonderful to be able to have our entire family together to catch up and spend quality time together. We all took home many memories including zip lining, boating on Lake Chelan, Lady of the Lake, wine tasting, playing in the water and even the ER!! The "downside" if you will was that the bugs happened to be out in force for a few days and we couldn't enjoy the use of the deck as much as we wanted. Any issues we had were addressed and solved efficiently if at all possible. Cindy was extremely helpful with all my questions prior to arriving and was easy to work with the whole process through.

  The house was beautiful and the yard was great. Unfortunately the river flooded right before our stay and remained high the entire week. This made the beach at the house nearly unusable. What can you you, it's mother nature. Kids were bit disappointed that they couldn't really swim at the house. Great vacation though.

  My family is scattered all over the west coast and we haven't all been together at once for 5 years. My wife's birthday this year was a milestone so we decided to all celebrate together. This was the perfect place for our 3 generations to come together - plenty of room for our 10 adults & 5 children (the grandkids loved the bunk bed room) in the houses, the oversize decks for outdoor meals, the huge grasssy yard, proximity to Beebe Park, access to all kinds of watersports, shopping, and dining options. It was tough to leave it all and go back to reality. Only drawbacks we had were limited beach access at the property itself and some road noise due to nearness to the highway. But those were very minor and would not keep us from coming again. We highly recommend this for a large group gathering!

  I booked this place for a bunch of friends and family to get together over a 3 day weekend. From the beginning, the process was smooth and seamless - the directions were clear and easy to follow and the house itself was just beautiful - perfect for our needs! We were a group of 18 people (kids + adults plus 2 dogs) and at no time, did we feel a shortage for space or activities to do. The house is spacious - the bedrooms are well laid out and maintained and the kitchen was brilliant with every amenity that we could have required. But the best part of this place was the deck - with gorgeous views all around and the large spacious yard - even the dogs were sad to leave. :) I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a short or long getaway with a small or large group. Just awesome!!! We would come back to this place any time!

Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends: $850/night

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's: $550/night or $3000/week
