I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was at this beach home. Some friends and I came down for a "get-away/relaxation" week last May and had a wonderful time. The accommodations more than live up to the description. The ocean view from the deck is spectacular and we enjoyed watching the sun set each afternoon. The house is very clean and well maintained as are the grounds. It is in a quiet uncrowded area and many times we had the beach to ourselves. There are several good local restaurants with Indian Pass Raw Bar being a favorite. Appalachicola also has several good restaurants as well as fresh seafood to purchase. I highly recommend this property for families or groups of friends.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: We retired in 2010 and bought Hearts of Palm as our 2nd home. We regularly spend time at the house with family and friends.
Why the Owner Chose Jubilation:
The charm of 'Old Florida' defines the Cape San Blas area. Abundant wildlife, uncrowded beaches and no traffic are the hallmarks of this area. Most of the area is single family homes. Very few condos line the beach. It isn't uncommon to be the only one walking the beach in the morning and afternoon.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy the shops and the restaurants in Port St Joe and Apalachicola, It is common to see deer next to our pool on a daily basis. Eagles and other birds are always in the area. The stars at night are a real show. The fishing is outstanding.
