Pine Cottage was built in 1930 and still retains its original charm, while providing guests with modern amenities. The cottage has two bedrooms: a double bed and two twin beds. The screened-in porch and the living room and den provide extra sleeping space. Pine Cottage has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room, and a reading room.

From its setting on the Damariscotta River, you can watch the sunset from the screened in porch, deck, or the deep water dock. At the dock cook lobsters, swim, hike, or simply enjoy the peace of this quiet river. If you want to sight see, Pemaquid Point, Damariscotta, and Christmas Cove are a short drive.
