Welcome to 'Longue-Vue by the Sea', a seaside setting on the quiet end of beautiful Panama City Beach in quaint 'Laguna Beach, est. 1936'... directly on Front Beach Road (50 steps, see PICTURES) from the warm Gulf of Mexico and magnificent sunsets!
I've taken great pride in the private yard and gardens. Sit on the patio or deck and read a book. I have tables, beach chairs, gas grill and floats here for your use. If you can't find it, just ask, I try our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

I HAVE 3 UNITS AVAILABLE:
1. The first floor 'Garden House' (sleeps 6) features two bedrooms, kitchen, living room w/ 40'LCD TV and bath.
2. The second floor 'Carriage House' (sleeps 4) has 1 bedroom with king size bed, livingroom with with 'studio bed' (a 2nd king or 2 twin beds), dining room and much more.
3. HORIZON SOUTH 1st floot unit 77-E (sleeps 6)- this great 1st floor unit is bright an sunny. Newly remodeled and furnished. The location in the middle of the complex makes it convienent to the pools and the Gulf.

I'm located just minutes from the all new 'Pier Park' (933,000 sf. of retail plus 16 screen theater, and more!) and 'Seaside & Watercolors'. The kids will love 'Shipwreck Island Water Park', that is located just ten minutes to the east of us. I know you'll enjoy the homey atmosphere I've lovingly created! Give me a call... Year Purchased: 1998
I moved to Laguna Beach, FL (Panama City Beach) after spending 51 cold winters in upstate NY. I purchased this place with a partner as a older 2 family home. At the time, we worked real hard cleaning and putting in new kitchen and bath in the Garden House. I was sure there would be no need for a garage until 2 months later, my Jeep was 106 on the inside. My partners Dad came over to help me lay out a garage. He asked me 'how I was going to pay for the building?' He was always thinking ahead, so he explained, if we put a rental over the garage, it would pay for itself. In July 2000 the Carriage House opened!
My partner retired 2 years ago after 25 years in the guest business...she was a great inspiration in the birth of ''Longue-Vue by the Sea''.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
It was plain and simple, I had never been to the panhandle before, but once I saw the family friendly area and beaches, it didn't take me long to move here...Laguna Beach is a collection of 1950's and newer beach homes. If you're looking for a 23 story condo, you are in the Wrong Area! We are surrounded by quaint rentals in 'Wisteria Corners' just 50 steps to the beach.
The Unique Benefits of this 3-Guest Vacation Rentals
I have the unique situation, where as I live on property (in my own unit) with my guests. I even do 'Spring Break' and by the time those students leave, they know how to grill, clean there own place, heck, I have them lining up their shoes outside the door. I have some coming back here for their honeymoon, some with their new families...It's like living in a Bed & Breakfast. This is a 1950's beach cottage, we have gardens and grilling areas, covered porches and patios and everything but a 23 story elevator that takes 20 minutes to arrive!
