Navarre Beach is one of Florida's best kept secrets. Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit has over 2400 square feet of space and you'll find everything you need to have the perfect vacation. The spectacular beauty of the island is reflected throughout the condo. Belle Mer is located on the quiet end of our island. All the beauty of the Panhandle of Florida without the crowds to spoil it! Belle Mer means beautiful sea and the spectacular view from our unit makes you fall in love with the "beautiful sea" at Navarre Beach. Come and enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf from the pool deck...our Belle Mer pool deck is elevated 20 feet above sea level, which is about 5 feet above our sand dunes. All of the other condo pools on the beach are at ground zero, which means that your view of the Gulf is blocked by the 15 foot high sand dune. Come relax and take in all the beauty that Navarre Beach has to offer while reclining in chairs around the pool and hot tub. The beach is easily accessible with our boardwalk and beach service offering chairs and umbrellas is available in front of the resort.
We have a wonderful 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with 2 master suites opening to the balcony. Our floorplan is perfect for 2 couples traveling together. September and October are wonderful months at the beach and we'd love to help you plan the perfect getaway. We have just added high speed internet service to our condo for your convenience. 802 Belle Mer is the largest, three bedroom, three bathroom unit on Navarre with 2400 square feet of living space. It is designed with two master suites opening to the beach so no one gets cheated out of the morning wake up view of the Gulf! You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf from the master bedroom suite, the second master suite and the living area. The sunsets are amazing!
This spacious design includes three large bedrooms with three private bathrooms, large walk-in closets, and breathtaking views. The living room is elegantly appointed and bathed in soft sunlight colors from your walls to the expansive windows to the gulf. The large gourmet kitchen is fully appointed with top of the line appliances, breakfast bar seating, and all the dishware and cookware you will need! This is not the typical rental unit and you will have everything you need at your fingertips. Enjoy a beautiful evening view from the dinning area with large table and seating for six and a bar that seats 4. A large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. The balcony is comfortably equipped for dining and lounging. In the evening you can enjoy a stunning western sunset view from the balcony and a beautiful view of the Santa Rosa Sound can be found from the third bedroom. All rooms are elegantly appointed with ceiling fans, Cable TV's, VCR and DVD's. DVD and stereo sound system with CD can be found in the living room and one of the Master Suites. Both Master Suites include separate tub and shower with double vanities and dressing areas and one suite includes a Jacuzzi tub. All three bedrooms have large walk in closets.
The bedrooms include a king, a queen and two twin beds for your convenience. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. Onsite security is provided. Keep in shape with the ground floor fitness center or entertain friends in the large ground floor gathering room. Outside grilling areas are also provided for your convenience. Although you may never want to leave your luxury getaway many fun activities await you a short distance away. Championship golf can be found less than 20 minutes away. Just west of Navarre Beach you will find 12 miles of National Seashore with wildlife, covered picnic areas and biking and hiking trails or if you prefer just make the drive and enjoy the breathtaking view of this untouched shoreline! You can find shopping, entertainment, museums and amusement parks just a short distance away. Navarre Beach has restaurants, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, wind surfing, boating, sailing, fishing and so much more! You can do as little or as much as you want! Come relax with us!

I can not say enough good things about this condo. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. Plenty of room and furnished to meet all your needs. The pictures do not do this condo justice, you need to hear the waves and feel the breeze as you sit on the balcony watching the sunset, with family and friends, because there is no resaon to leave this beautifuly furinished condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Another great trip to Navarre, but this condo is the best ever! The description and photos don't do it justice. Went there as a ladies' trip and the six of us were all impressed with the roominess and beautiful decor. The view was amazing from the very spacious balcony. Condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Have rented from Betty before and she is the easiest person to deal with and we've never had a problem with any of her condos. Would highly recommend this condo and can't wait to go back next year!

We had an awesome time during our week of vacation. The Easter Bunny visited us as well! We had beautiful weather...sunny warm days and beautiful sunsets. We saw dolphin jumping right in front of the condo. We had delicious meals out as well as some great grilled meals in - everything we needed was in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your outstanding, amazing, wonderful, beautiful condo with us!

We have once again enjoyed our stay for the month of March. Your condo is well furnished and supplied. Quite comfortable. We have been coming to Navarre Beach for about 12 years and your condo is one of the very best we have stayed in. Nice view and we did see lots of dolphins. Maybe you could do something about the cold weather next year???

What an incredible view! And the place is gigantic! A balcony big enough for backgammon, relaxing.....everything! We particularly enjoyed the ongoing seashell collection and the colorful tropical decor. Who doesn't love flip flops! Great food in every direction - can't wait to come back!

A great place to spend Spring Break with our 2 girls. Comfortable and very well equipped accomodations. Beautiful beaches adn enough activity in the local area to occupy everyones attention even when it was too cool to be on the beach. Pool and hot tub was great!
