Hello- Our Four Bedroom, three-story home has been professionally decorated. We are located on 72nd street -14 "beach" houses from the beach and 5 from the bay. A short walk.
The first floor has two bedrooms (1 with a queen bed-the other bedroom has 1 set of bunks and a full pull-out couch) Also, on this first floor is a full bath, and an entrance to a private POOL and deck.
That is right a PRIVATE POOL! Great for entertaining and relaxing. No need to take the kids somewhere at night. The party will be in your backyard. Pool has night time lighting, an outdoor grill, and patio furniture. Pool maintained by pool service.
The second floor has one bedroom (with 2 twins). This floor is also the main living area, and contains a large clean fully stocked open kitchen to the family room. The family room has soaring cathedral ceilings with large picturesque windows and deck with patio furniture.
The large master bedroom is on the third floor with a private bathroom and deck.
Our home is located on a quiet street and is only one and a half short blocks to a large "lifeguarded" beach. We also have free WIFI.
NOTE: HOME is Kept very clean!!! We have a reliable cleaning service and I personally detail it twice a season.
Please note: Pool has the following safety features: enclosing privacy fences with self locking gates, pool door alarm, and sliding glass door locks.
Deposits and procedures: A $500 deposit is required in order to reserve your week. This would then become your security deposit. After we receive this deposit, we will prepare and mail you the lease agreement, half due in one month and the balance due 30 days prior to occupancy. Your security deposit is the only way to black out the week. We suggest sending it via FedEx or express mail. Any lost beach tags will be deducted from your security deposit at $25 each. No smoking or rentals under 21 yrs. of age. Family rentals only-no large groups.
