The master bedroom with King bed and private bath with separate tub and shower. Bdrm 2 and 3 have queen beds and bdrm 4 has a twin and bunk bed. Those all share a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

The main level has the huge living/sitting room, dining room, kitchen, nook, and a study. The half bath is on the main level. The basement is comfortable with in-floor radiant heating. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is a family room in the basement, that has a sink, small refrigerator, and microwave. There is a sleeper sofa in the basement family room. This home also has a piano for your enjoyment.

We were a group of 12 people (12 adults) staying there during Dec. 21-25. We had a great time there! The rooms are nice and clean. The owner takes good care of the house. The kitchen was equipped. Location is great, very easy to get on I-70 to go skiing or go to Frisco downtown area. The only regret is that the water in the bathrooms on 2nd floor was not hot enough. But that's not a problem in summer. We didn't have time to use the hottub but it looks clean and well maintained. Would recommend our friends staying there. Thank you guys for providing this nice house!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
