  The property was what I expected maybe even a little nicer. It was well equipped and very clean! Good location for all ages. I love the room layout of the Long Beach Condos - they are set up nicely to share with another family if necessary. There are a lot of "spring breakers" in the area but they tend to wander down the beach toward the Holiday Inn. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would definitely try to stay here again if I return to Panama City!

  This was the 2nd year in a row my family stayed in this condo over spring break. We are so glad we found Jill. She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and definitely concerned about her guests well-being and meticulously cleans and maintains the condo. All the furnishings are extremely comfortable, and the entire unit has all the amenities of home. We prepared our meals and had every kitchen utensil we needed. Even though every place we visited in PCB (grocery store, mall, etc.) was bustling with spring breakers, we felt completely safe in the condo and the grounds, and were very appreciative that security was monitoring activities and not allowing unauthorized guests in off the beach or through the front gate.

  Stayed from Dec. 5th,2012 till March 8th, 2013, (3months and 1 week). Very comfortable place and very clean. Owner is very easy to get in touch with if there are issues.The view is fantastic from the 3rd floor. We are snowbirds and we cooked a lot of our meals at the condo and the kitchen is fully stocked.We are so happy to have found this jewel. We are booked to come back next winter. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

  Pictures and description of this unit are exactly what it is. Great location right on the beach with brilliant sunshine all day and a fantastic sunset! The decor and furniture are VERY nice. Two bedrooms each with their own full baths are separated by the living room. All 3 rooms have floor to ceiling windows and entry to the balcony. Kitchen has more than a full compliment of supplies. We hope to rent this unit again.

  In one word, it was incredible. The condo was more then we expected with everything we needed. The pictures do not do the condo justice. It was very clean and the decor, beautiful. What a beautiful home away from home. Jill, was great to work with, responding to our questions, etc. rapidly. Our first time in PCB and it will not be our last. The location was great with everything you could possibly want within walking/driving distance. The pools were easily accessible and very clean. The location of the elevator, trash shut and baggage carts were very convenient. Having the comfortable beach chairs was a huge plus! We recommend this condo highly and we plan to rent it again in the future. Thanks Jill, we'll be in touch!

  Furnishings were excellent in the unit. free beach chairs were a plus. Excellent view of the ocean. We had a good stay. We love Long Beach Resort! All amenities were as advertised. Photos were accurate. The floor was a little dirty when we arrived. That was about the only negative on the unit. We liked this unit and would stay again if available when our scheduling permits. You must pay half at the time of reserving and the other half 30 days prior to visit. This is a departure from our other stays at Long Beach, who only require a deposit at the time of reserving, the full amount due 30 days prior to visit.

  This was the best room we have ever stayed in!!!! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! It was very clean, organized, and well equipped with everything you would possibly need. And, the owners make it very easy and convenient to rent. It was also a great price! I will definitely always book this room for our vacation!!

  Owner was exceptionally easy to deal with. Would most definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do this condo justice. All amenities as described. This place had the "Oh Wow!" factor from the time we parked and opened the door! What a breathtaking Ocean VIEW from both the large living room and the 2 bedrooms. VERY clean and everything is just like new! The big Pool was just as nice to hang out as the easily accessible beach complete with it's own Tiki Bar and sandwiches. Lots of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend the Panama City Beach Winery, Liza's Kitchen, Shuckem's, Hunts Oyster Bar and J Michaels for restaurants. Thanks for sharing your place!

  We stayed in this condo May 25-31, 2012. Everything that was described in the VRBO listing just did not do justice to this great condo. Everything was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was immaculate. I think you could have ate off of the floors they were so clean. The beds were very comfortable. I just can't say enough about this condo. I would recommend it to anyone. Jill was so nice and easy to work with. I had spoked to her so many times during the rental process, that I felt that we were friends. Thanks, Jill for letting is stay in your beautiful condo.
