  We had a wonderful 5 days here and I would do it again and again. No problems except some teenagers who partied into the early morning. We were teenagers once ourselves, so we really didn't let it bother us. They were just being teenagers. ;). The weather was not the best but we do plan to go back during the summer so we're hoping for sunny, warmer days. The condo was beautifully finished, neat and clean. Overall, it was definitely somewhere we will stay again. Thank you for sharing your home and making our "Girls Getaway" so much fun. God bless....

  We had a great trip to Myrtle Beach. The condo was ideal, very clean and updated. Had every convenience that we needed. The washer/dryer worked out great. Just enough space for everyone traveling with us. Beautiful view. Will definately look this up again for our next trip to Myrtle Beach!

  As very, very, very seasoned travelers, who also own a rental property in the Gulf area, we love to do family vacations and always look forward to them. Since we had never explored the Myrtle Beach area, we decided to do so for our 2013 Spring Break. Communication with the owners was fantastic, they were very responsive; but that was the only positive about this vacation... By our second full day, we were all ready to leave! The rental property (19th floor Penthouse) was located in what once must have been a nice resort, yet certainly at least 30 years outdated. Our thoughts of the property were: - Upon opening the front door, a strange smell 'hit' us, which we eventually decided it was due to the age of the property. - Both sofa and love seat stunk like urine, to the point that we had to cover them with bedsheets in order to use them. - The partial ocean view was disturbed by the ugliness of all the buildings crammed together. - Although the rental unit was a non-smoking property, it felt as everyone on the hallways, porches, and elevators were smoking; a smell that seems to consume you. - The guests definitely favor alcohol in mass quantity because there were intoxicated people at the pool, the beach, the parking lot, the elevator, the hallway... everywhere! Which comes at the cost of people being rude, obnotious, loud at all hours of the evening, even when you are trying to sleep (and I mean pass midnight). - The unit's instructions specifically said not to bring toilet paper, that it was provided; yet both bathrooms were out within a few hours of arrival. - The unit's instructions were very specific about ways to maintain the rental clean, yet no supplies were provided (no problem, we went and purchased our own, as I had to sterilize the place before I would allow my family to use it). - One of our most important questions was whether or not the rental included access to the Fitness Room, which we were told it did. Unfortunately the Fitness Roon is only to be used by people that have reservations in the "Resort Hotel", not people that rent from independent owners. Nonetheless we managed to get in the Fitness Room once, to find out that the machines were as archaic as the resort, rusted, outdated, broken, unusable. Our thoughts of the area were: - It definitely tends to the masses, which obviously attracts a different crowd... - Restaurants were very abundant, but again, for the quantity, not for the quality :( - Everything was very run down.

  Owner response: As homeowners who are proud of our condo and have never received a bad review, we were very disheartented to read this. We lived in the condo all winter (as we do every year) and departed the day prior to your arrival. We were surpised to read about the issues mentioned as we did not have the same experience. That being said, your feedback is appreciated and we have acted immediately to have the problems within our control remedied ASAP. The sofas were professionally cleaned today (March 22, 2013). We also followed up with the cleaning crew to ensure they leave more toilet paper for our Guests. We are truly sorry you had a bad experience. Respectfully, Clark and Linda

  With our family of 8, the condo was very spacious and accommodating to our needs. It was perfect for me and my husband and also for our adult children in their 20's. We also had a one year old grandson with us which fit right in. The staff of the hotel were tremendous. Plenty of parking space and the view was spectacular. I would recommend this condo to any family large or small. The owners are very easy to deal with and very accessible!

  Great time on the beach! Our family of 5 had a great stay in the penthouse condo - plenty of room for everyone, steps away from the beach, all the comforts of home. We watched the dolphins & other aquatic happenings from the balcony - the ocean looks like it goes on forever. This was the perfect place for our teens - it felt safe enough to let them venture out on their own to the beach, pool or for a slice of pizza. They loved it. The beds were so comfortable, we had a great week of R&R. The location is great, besides being on the beach, we were minutes away from great restaurants, amusements and Cal Ripkin.

  This condo was very spacious with abundant sleeping accomodations. We enjoyed the stunning sunrise views every morning (mother of an 18 month old...yes I was awake!) from the large balcony. The flat screen tv in the LR and MBR was a plus. The kitchen was great and we used it daily. I probably would have taken another non-stick pan and maybe some of my everyday items, but it was fairly well stocked with necessities. It was nice and quiet up in this condo which was wonderful. The only time it wasn't was when there were fireworks on the beach which I had a love/hate relationship with, hence the 18 month old. This happens all up and down the beach so it isn't just here. Parking was nice and the pool and lazy river seemed very clean and roomy as well. There is a brand new cooling system which was installed while we were there so you should stay very cool!! :) I would definitely recommend this condo for a large family or group.

  My family enjoyed the vacation at Myrtle Beach. The condo has so much accessible , grocery stores within 3-5 minutes, Starbucks next door! Several restaurants on the premises. Check in and check out was met with welcome arms, did not have to fight over parking and elevators like most beach condos, what a plus! The angle of the condo facing east allowed for beautiful sunrise from the condo balcony each morning!! and in the evening several fireworks to be seen up and down the beach strip.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  Stayed in this condo in April 2012. Condo is exactly as advertised...bright, spacious and a fantastic view. We stay in this building every year but our first time with this owner. Communication was prompt and she was very easy to deal with. Loved how quiet it was on the top floor! Would I return...definitely.

  I was looking for a place in Myrtle Beach to have one final trip for my group of close friends, before my best friend gets married in June. He lives in Mauldin, SC, so we traveled up from Montgomery, AL to pick him up, then on to Myrtle Beach. The entire group was extremely impressed with the size of the condo, as well as the location in regards to how close it is to everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I had an easy time booking the condo. Mrs. Miller was extremely easy to get in touch with. She allowed us an early check in because of our arrival time. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to enjoy their vacation in Myrtle Beach.
