We were 5 women in this apartment and it was exactly as advertised. Victor was extremely helpful and responsive, and the apartment was well maintained and outfitted. I always try my best to have everything in perfect conditions and make all my guests feel like home. Constantly we are improving the amenities in the apartment for the renters and we take comments and suggestions seriously and very much much appreciate any comments. Thank you and see you very soon, remember that I manage several units in Condado, Isla Verde, Miramar, Old San Juan and Ocean Park if you come back we can look for a different area so you get to know Puerto Rico a little bit more.

This property looks exactly how it appears in the pictures. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked - floors needed sweeping & kitchen counter a little dirty, but it wasn't bad. We liked the location b/c it is walking distance to downtown Condado, and walking distance to Old San Juan. Plus the public beach is directly across the street. We felt very safe in the condo, a key is required to get in the building, to access the elevator, and a separate key for the condo. The property manager, Victor, was very assertive and available if there were any questions/issues. The only thing inaccurate on the website listing was that it said there were two beach chairs in the unit. There were two metal folding chairs in one of the closets but no beach chairs... Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property to a friend.Owner response: Dear Kristi G. Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I'm will certainty the issue of the cleanliness of the apartment as for me that is one of the most important things when I rent a property and I can definitely relate to your comment. Our cleaning lady is usually very good but perhaps we need to supervise her a bit more. About the beach chairs, that is my fault, what happens is some apartment don't have beach chairs and I sometimes to accommodate other guest take the chairs from one unit to another and don't bring them back. I sincerely apologized for that mistake. I do know how nice is to bring your chair across the street and just enjoy the ocean air and enjoy the beautiful beach. I surely hope you give us another try, I can guarantee you'll enjoy it. Thank you again and have a wonderful new year full of blessings. Please come back soon or refer friends and family we will take good care of them. Remember I manage over 30 properties in the metro area so I have many different opinions for locations and budgets. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Great for a family. Security was top-notch. Great access to both the beach and local shopping. Private parking space in the garage was perfect for the car rental. Would definitely stay again in this location. Much more for your money than the> resorts down the street. Victor was a pleasure to work with, prompt and courteous.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
