Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom 3500sq ft executive villa situated in a private cul-de-sac, has a private pool and Hot Tub which overlooks a secluded conservation area. Our villa allows for up to 12 guests to stay in luxury in Windwood Bay.
The villa is centrally located within Florida providing easy access to all the major attractions. The villa is within a 15 minute drive to Disney, Sea World with 20 minutes and within 30 minutes to Universal and Legoland. The easy access to the I4 and US 27 means that you are within easy reach of Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens and beaches on both the Gulf Coast and East Coast.
The family room is large and comfortable with a reclining sectional sofa and rocking/reclining armchair. This provides comfortable seating to view the 55 inch HD TV with full HD package and Blu Ray player. The family room overlooks the pool and conservation area.
The open plan family room leads into the breakfast area and fully equipped kitchen which has all the appliances and equipment needed in a large family kitchen.
In addition to the 5 bedrooms which all contain flat screen TVs, the upstairs den has a 37 inch HD TV connected to it's own cable TV box allowing full HD experience with full HD package including UK Premier League football. There is also a Playstation 3 with games and a DVD player and a stereo system to enhance your entertainment.
The Den is also equiped with a queen sleeper sofa.
To further entertain your family the garage has been converted into a fully equipped games room that includes a 7 foot pool table, an air hockey table, foosball table and basket ball game.
The 5 bedrooms consist of one master king and two master queen suites all of which have en suite bathrooms, the further two twin bedrooms have access to the family bathroom.
The large master king is luxuriously furnished with a king sized bed and a separate sitting area, with 32inch flat screen TV, to relax in after a long day in the parks or shopping. The master en suite contains his and hers sinks, walk in shower and a large bathtub. There is also a hairdryer for your convenience.
The two queen master suites, one located on the ground floor and one located on the first floor, are furnished to a very high standard and both have 24 inch flat panel TVs. Both have en suite bathrooms with bathtubs with over bath showers.
The two twin rooms on the first floor are brightly decorated and both have 19 inch flat panel TVs. These rooms share the family bathroom.
In addition to the downstairs living space, there is also a quiet sitting room where you can relax and unwind after a busy day. Adjacent to the sitting room is the formal dining area with an extending dining table to seat up to 12 people.
We also provide a travel cot, highchair and strollers for your use at no additional cost.
Our outside pool and patio area is equipped with a dining table and chairs so you can enjoy al fresco dining in the tropical climate.There are also sun loungers and reclining chairs to allow you to relax in the Florida sunshine, After a long day at the parks you can soak away your aches and pains in the 6 seater hot tub, The pool and patio area are enclosed by a screened enclosure to protect you from insects.

l This was our first holiday home rental in Florida, we had previously stayed at disney hotels. The quality of the villa is excellent all the rooms are vey spacious and well furnished the beds are very comfortable. It was great for our grown up family. Everything we needed was provided the tom tom (sat nav) was invaluable. The location of the villa is very good for visiting all the major attractions which take between 15 and 30 minutes to reach. The supermarket is only a few minutes away by car. Steve and Sue couldn't have been more helpful giving us contact details for car hire, attraction tickets etc and answering any questions prior to us leaving and during our stay. Thank you both. Andy the manager was also very helpful. Only one problem we weren't there long enough we could have easily have stayed there longer to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. Our Family has a wonderfull stay in the House,we found all we need there and much more.We have Fun at the Gamesroom and the Kids with the ps3 too, the Pool area with the hot tub was a realy place to relax and Play, in the Moment we come in we can See that the owner give all for making this House to a Spezial place.The property Manager makes More than a Good Job he help at any question fast an friendly,so thank you Andy. Wonderful place to stay with family. We had ten in our group and we had more than enough space for everybody. The ammenties that are offered are great and everything you need is pretty much provided by the owner. With five kids with us the game room was a big plus and also the PS3 was great as well. The home is decorated with a lot of class and style along with all the technology and entertainment you would have at your own house. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend staying here to a family or even two families. Steven the owner is great and very helpful and was in contact during the booking and also during our stay. He made sure that we got to the house safely and made sure we had everything we needed. This is a wonderful villa in an excellent location, this was our 10th visit to Orlando and without doubt the best accomodation we have experienced. The quality of the villa is of a very high standard all the rooms are very well finished. Everything you could possibly need is supplied (even a Sat Nav), the games room was very popular with my family. Pool and deck were super (soon to be even better I understand) Excellent communications with the Villa owners Steve and Sue. I cannot think of anything that could have been better! Good local shops and food outlets, and easy access to all the local attractions via the I-4. Disney only 15 minutes drive away. Hi Stephen, Your home is beautiful. We had a great time. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to the rainy weather, but overall beautiful place to stay.
