The listing is 100% true to description and photos - gets even better when you get there. The property was very very clean, well maintained and the condo is beautifully renovated with all the modern updates needed yet preserving the spirit and charm of the 1920s Palm Beach hotel. The owners were wonderful, attentive and supportive at all times; they went out of their way to make me feel home away from home. I would absoluty recommend this condo to everyone and will be back on my next trip to Palm Beach. I truly enjoyed the proximity of the grocery store, Publix, also loved the courtyard pool, the laundry facility at the hotel, the church nextdoor for quite time and reflection, walk to the beach up Sunrise Avenue into the sunrise and around the stunning neighboorhood, the paramount movie theater, Worth Avenue (always worth a stroll even if you don't buy anything). The condo had all you needed to maintain your daily living routines (this was a working vacation for me), internet access, flat screen tv, ironing board, kitchen with all the basics you need, garbage disposal just out the door. I was a bit apprehensive about parking, but the owner gave very helpful information about your options without paying and I never had a problem. Once you arrive on the island (and if you don't have to work while you stay there) you park your car and want to walk everywhere anyways. I truly loved my stay and can't wait to come back. Thanks again to the wonderful owners.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I stayed at this condo for six weeks while doing my internship in west palm beach. The place is awesome and only a block away from the beach. It is located in the best place in Palm Beach. It is right across the street from publix and waliking distance to many restaurants. The place even has a pool plenty of seating for enjoying the awesome Palm Beach weather. The Hotel aways has a person working the front and are very helpful in any questions you might have. The condo itself is very nice and clean the owners make sure that you would have any thing that you would need. I would totally tell everyone to stay at this place. . I plan on hopefully going back on vacation there very soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This apartment is right in the heart of Palm Beach in an historic hotel that is undergoing some construction. Clean and well maintained, it was in great shape and nicely furnished. Has a little kitchenette area too which was convenient. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. The hotel is close to The Breakers Hotel, and several great restaurants, as well as a Publix grocery store, and of course, only a block away from the beach. Over all, we had a great stay, and would recommend it again as a great deal.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

About the owner: Live in Miami with my family... We all really enjoy coming out to the Island whenever we have the opportunity.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Beach:
I bought this apartment a number of years ago as a place to vacation with my family... I chose this location because there is no other place in the world as safe, convenient, and luxuriously comfortable as this island... This is the only place where I can leave my door open and let my kids, nieces, nephews, etc. wander about without ever having to think twice. Finding this hotel -- with all its amenities and quirky historic features -- was very much like finding a 'hidden treasure.'
After purchasing, I did a complete floor to ceiling renovation of the apartment. Hope you enjoy!
