My wife and I spent a week in this charming home. It was equiped with everything we needed. It has a wonderful enclosed heated pool that looks down the canal. The area is very quiet and the neighbors were all very nice. There was a problem with the cable service when we checked in but the owner had it fixed the next day even though it was Sunday. We were very pleased with the property and will consider staying there againRecommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

Its a big house with a very nice pool-area. Its all caged so one can enjoy the pool or just the fantastic view over the canal without being disturbed by any kind of critters. If you catch one of the three rainy days in Florida, there are literally hundreds of books and videos available - amazing. The air-conditioner worked like a charm. The beds are very comfortable. All in all I have to say, that we had a wonderful stay and will come back.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We stayed here for 6 weeks of and had a wonderful time. The listing description is very accurate. Everything you could possibly need is available in the house. There is a private and heated pool which we enjoyed every day. Everything was very clean and in a good condition. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. There were bikes, so we could explore the vicinity. The Beach is only 20min away and also very nice. We had a perfect stay and can highly recommend this house.Did you find this review helpful? I definately want other travelers to know how wonderful and such great access to everywhere from your home it is. You were so accomodating in making me feel at ease with the whole process I have to admit I was very leary only because we have never independantly done this out of state. You were awsum thankyou for that, also your home was everything we were hoping it would be. Normally when we are away on holidays the last day we are anxious to get home but in this case we commented to each other, that it felt so homey that we weren't ready to come home. This is a compliment to you and your home,as we have a very nice home. we will never stay in a hotel again as long as we can rent a home thanks to the comfortable atmosphere with your place. We love it there and will be back for sure. I was so thankful for the internet service as I needed to have access to my emails etc.The pool was fabulous Iam very fussy and everything was nice and clean this is a big must for us, good job. We would watch the fish in the canal every night jumping pretty cool atmosphere. Richard is an avid fisherman so of course he quite enjoyed that. Well thankyou so much and please let me know of another website I can post my comments or use this note if possible. Thankyou Richard and Tara from "COLD" Cold *** CanadaDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2
