First Master Suite - king bed with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and french doors leading out to the balcony.
Second Master Suite - queen bed, day bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and french doors leding out to the balcony.
Kids Bunk Area - child size beds recessed in the second floor hallway.
First Floor Bedroom - queen bed, connected to bathrooom.
Don't worry about bringing more than one or two cars there is ample parking.
Community Amenities: You are within walking distance of the pristine white sand beaches or you can take the complimentary shuttle. The 12,000 sq. ft. resort like pool is a short block from the house. You can walk to The Village of South Walton and to Rosemary Beach where you can enjoy great restaurants, shopping, strolling for an ice cream or coffee, rent bikes, even a day spa. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL BEACH, BEACH WILD LIFE and the NOT TO BE MISSED SUNRISES AND SUNSETS!!!!! Be sure to make time to explore all that the area has to offer.

My family just got back from a week long trip to Beach Bummin'. We had a fantastic time! The house was perfect for my group. We had 4 kids under the age of 10 and the recessed bunk beds were a big hit. Both master suites are large and roomy. The 3rd bedroom on the first floor was great for my in-laws. We are already planning on trip for 2011 and Beach Bummin' is at the top of our wish list for places to stay.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
