  Spent 12 days there for my 65th birthday. Wonderful apartment, great area & Amazing City. Never felt unsafe. When my husband & I were there alone when son & friends did some touring around we were safe & comfortable. Can see the one of the spires of Blue Mosque from kitchen window. Sit on small deck off large bedroom & see small store, the young may working offered to carry the 5liter bottles of water home for me. Perfect, clean , safe, loved the apartment. Adored Istanbul. It's a Win Win!! : )

  We stayed in this wonderful apartment during the Istanbul Marathon weekend this November. There were 6 adults and the apartment was just perfect in size, quality and most of all position. The transfer arranged by minibus was seamless and well worth it - you would pay a similar cost for 6 using the airport shuttle from the travel agent opposite but without the convenience. There are good bakers ( Borek for lunch ) and small mini-markets close by and a tailor/cleaners under the apartment who will do alterations to you newly purchased trousers for only 10 lira! The apartment is even better than the photographs suggest and its position below the Blue Mosque fantastic for the main sites and the Sea of Marmara cafes along the sea front. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds very comfortable - even after a 42km marathon we understand from our son! Trams stop at Sultanahmet 10 minutes away but the city is so walkable for the main sights from here. We would recommend the little Hagia Sophia down the hill 5 minutes away as one of the gems plus of course the main mosques close by. You can walk to the Spice bazaar and Grand Bazaar in 20 minutes from here and the Galata Bridge only 10 miutes further. Do not miss the Rustem pasha mosque - if you can find it near the Spice Bazaar. All together a brilliant place to stay and a lovely company to deal with. We will be back as soon as possible. Finally for anyone interested - the Istanbul marathon was fantastic!

  This was a great place to stay. The outside was intimidating at first but the interior was wonderful. Our group was 3 couples and the 3 seperate bedrooms plus the two baths were enough to make us all comfortable. The livingroom was spacious enough to give us a communal meeting area. The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was in walking distance. Recommend it highly.

  What an amazing experience. We were three couples with one child staying at this apartment. It was clean, quiet, safe and cool. Renting the property was very easy and local contacts Elif and Marc were helpful and quick to respond. A great immersive cultural destination -- walking distance to many major attractions, restaurants and public transit. Thank you for the memories of Istanbul!
