Newly furnished and decorated with upscale amenities- exceptionally well-equipped Country French kitchen with granite countertops, luxurious bedding, wireless internet, HD-TV, washer and dryer, and more.
Ocean Club membership included providing access to golf, tennis, lap pool, three other pools, two hot tubs, tiki bars, beach access, gym, bike rentals, and other facilities at Indian River Plantation.
Relax on the beach, sip a margarita and order lunch at the tiki bar, or take a nap in the ocean breezes on the condo's patio. If you enjoy a more active vacation, play golf and tennis, surf, kayak, visit Bath Tub Beach and snorkel, take the kids to the playground, or walk, run, or bike the bridges over the inter-coastal and the river taking in the spectacular views of the island. All of these activities are within a short walk or drive. Better yet, take a ride on the tram service provided by the resort, and listen to the calypso music on the tram.
You will be staying at the beach, yet close to historic downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach, and many other dining and entertainment options. Publix grocery, Freshmart, and even the surf shop are a few minutes away.

About the owner: Tim is a college basketball coach and Sharon is a professor. They have one son, Jonathan, a college student, and a wheaten terrier, Tessie. 'We first discovered the resort when our son was just a toddler, and have been visiting IRP ever since.'
Why the Owner Chose Beach Walk:
'It is the one resort we have found where we can enjoy the serenity of the beach, yet be close to all of the other activities we enjoy- golf, tennis, swimming, running, and biking are right there too. Also, we wanted to be a few steps to the beach, but surrounded by green space as well. The grounds and golf course are beautifully maintained.'
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
'Just being at the resort is relaxing- close to the beach, the ocean, the river, and the green space of the golf course. We feel away at the beach, yet close to the activities we enjoy. Tim bikes 30 miles most mornings, while I attend a tennis clinic or a round robin. We then have lunch at the tiki bar, or on our patio, and spend the afternoon sitting under an umbrella on the beach, listening to the ocean, napping and reading. Our son prefers the festive atmosphere of the the tiki bar pool. We like to play nine holes of golf in the late afternoon or early evening. One of my favorite activities is swimming laps under the stars at night.'
