Year Purchased: 1993
About the owner: We sailed into this area in 1992 from our home in the Caribbean. After years in the hospitality business, and marine woodworking, we were ready to find a home in the Florida Panhandle that would make us want to give up the cruising life. When we first visited Indian Pass, we knew we had found that special place.
Why the Owner Chose Indian Pass: This was our original home on the property, and will be our retirement home. Now, we live on the Lagoon end. We want to share this jewel of a place with others seeking a quiet, friendly, beach community.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We are on site owners, and available for any assistance you might need. Our dock is a great place to get blue crabs for dinner, catch that redfish or watch the sunset. Oystering in the area is also a lot of fun. We are a short walk to our pet friendly beach that still allows permitted beach driving. St Vincent Island is about a mile down the road and across the channel. We are centrally located to all that this incredible area has to offer. Most of our guests have arrived as strangers, and become good friends that return year after year. We look forward to those shared experiences each year, memorialized over shrimp and crab boils at our home on the Lagoon.
